  My insurance company recommended a roofing contractor. patrick came out after a bad storm to inspect the roof and look for damage. He explained that the storm had not harmed the shingles, but he did find the source of a roof leak. He took the time to make the repair right away and said he would check back in a couple of weeks. he did not charge me, even though he easily could have. He was honest about the inspection and did not try to say there was storm damage just to replace the roof or bill the insurance company. that kind of honesty and integrity really stood out to me. i appreciate the clear communication, fair service, and the careful roof inspection. i would recommend them to anyone needing roofing help, leak repair, or a trustworthy roof assessment.

When the estimate was provided, it was near the top of my budget, but the workmanship guarantee, quality materials, and long-term value made it feel worth the cost. The crew started about when promised, weather permitting, and they completed the job efficiently and with great attention to detail. The new roof looks excellent, and the installation really improved the appearance of the home. Neighbors have even commented on how clean and sharp it looks. I also appreciated the built-in attic ventilation, including the eave and ridge vent system, because it helps the roof perform better and keeps the attic cooler during hot summer weather. That added confidence that the shingles and roofing components will hold up well over time. What stood out most was the communication and follow-through.   Seriously, don’t pick a roofer until you call Pinole Roofing. They were much quicker to respond than the other roofing companies we reached out to, their price was more affordable, and now we have a great new roof. Javier’s customer service was outstanding, and “kind” really fits him. We had waited a bit too long to deal with our roofing issue and ended up with a bad leak, which made everything stressful. Javier was patient, clear, and upfront when answering all of our questions about the roof, repair options, materials, and the work process. It was a huge relief to get the leak handled and the new roof completed so smoothly and successfully. One of us is a retired contractor, and he was especially impressed with the workmanship, communication, and overall roofing service.   A friend referred us for a roof and gutter estimate, and the whole process was smooth from the start. Patrick showed up on time, did a careful roof inspection, and clearly explained the pros and cons of different shingle options, roofing materials, and gutter choices. We picked a higher quality shingle system and scheduled the roof installation without feeling any sales pressure at all, which made the decision easy. The roofing crew arrived as scheduled, worked efficiently, and finished the job in just a few days. They were respectful, professional, and careful around our home and landscaping. The cleanup was done very well, and they even used a magnet roller to pick up loose roofing nails around the property, which we really appreciated. After the install, we noticed a couple of small finishing items like a few exposed nails and one or two shingles that needed adjustment. Those were handled quickly and courteously, and the follow-up service was excellent. Later, after a storm, a tree limb ended up on the roof and we could not safely remove it ourselves. We called, and someone came out promptly the next day to check everything. Thankfully, there was no roof damage. We are very happy with the roof replacement and gutter work, and we highly recommend them for roofing services, roof repairs, and gutters.
