  Very disappointed with my experience dealing with John. He was not honest, and I would not recommend doing business with him. The entire situation was frustrating, unprofessional, and not handled honestly. I would absolutely not work with him again.

  Called multiple roofing companies and Roofmasters offered the lowest price. Agreed to start job by certain date and roofmasters dropped off several sample colors for my family to view. Before the install I had my solar panels removed by a different company. When the roof install date arrived Roofmasters never showed up. Apparently I had not signed a form and sent if back to them, so Roofmasters never planned on installing my roof(even with all the communication about colors and materials). During the install our yard and driveway was littered with nails, underlayment, employees water bottles, and old shingles which I cleaned up after getting home from work. After roof was installed I noticed a dip in one section of the roof which probably was pre-existing but the roofers never mentioned it or asked if I wanted it fixed. I did have a small section of rotted plywood, which was close to $1000 to repair.

  The guy shows up for a minor repair (seam needs resealing). Spends app. 30 seconds looking at it. Now I find out that it will take 6-8 weeks to get it fixed. If you're that far behind...how about telling the customer BEFORE they wait a week for a 30 second inspection. I have someone else that is coming out TODAY that is actually going to fix it, TODAY. Recommend that people look elsewhere.

  Johnathon was an excellent communicator and kept our project moving. Omar and his crew arrived on time, treated our property with respect, and completed the work quickly. The company stayed on top of a few minor permitting issues until everything was approved, and coordinating the solar removal and reinstallation with NC Solar was effortless. Roofmasters is one of the best contractors we’ve ever worked with. Highly recommend!

  We needed a significant roof repair. Jonathan and his team communicated clearly throughout the entire process; there were multiple options to consider and the damage was more significant than initially anticipated. The crew worked very hard through hot days and did high quality work. The crew was very courteous and diligently cleaned up at the end of each day, leaving the driveway beneath the roof repairs clean and open until they arrived again the next day. The new roof looks terrific and we expect it to last. Excellent work from start to finish.

  Roofmasters was quick to respond to my request for help. The first company I called couldn’t find the leak even with the presence of water stains. I contacted Roofmasters who inspected and then scheduled the repair work to be done. Their estimate was very reasonable and right on the mark. Their work is excellent. I was amazed and appreciative of how clean they left my property. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call the following day asking if I was satisfied with their work and if there was anything they could improve. My answer was perfection doesn’t need improvement. I will definitely use them again.

  ROOFMASTERS GREAT CHOICE I had to replace my roof account it leaked and caused damage to my living room ceiling. ROOFMASTERS came to the rescue they are one awesome company. They installed Sun Tubes that are such an improvement for my living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Omar and his crew worked tirelessly for four days repairing rotted wood from the mistakes the previous roof installed in 2000. If you are looking for a company to replace your roof you can’t go wrong with ROOFMASTERS.

  I'm just the tenant, so I can't review price and value. But I can give 5 stars for the guys doing the work and communication with office staff. The guys doing the work were great. An oak tree branch fell and did some damage to the (older) tile roof. The entire process from estimate to complete repair took a few visits. I'm sure that once they got into the repair and inspected the entire 2 story roof, some unforeseen areas were discovered. I have no doubt the goal was to repair and not replace saving the homeowner a lot of money. The guys did a fantastic job with the clean up too. They had to blow the muck from under the tiles and debris off the roof to make a good assessment. Once they were done they took their commercial grade blowers and cleaned off all of our patio furniture, smoker, Blackstone, and the ground all around. Omar was the lead and was very nice and respectful to my family and his crew. Jonathan in the office was great too, always stayed in communication and made sure their schedule would fit ours. We have family friends who have owned and operated their roofing business for over 25 years, they actually live a few houses away. But I am only the tenant here and did not recommend them due to being a new tenant here, I wanted to because I trust them. I can honestly say, I have the same trust with Roofmasters as I do our friend's well known family business.

Im glad you felt everything went smooth and you're happy with your job. That is our number one goal. We aim for perfection and get there most of the time, but were not perfect and in this case we are always happy to come back out right away and make things right. Im apologize that you found a few loose screws after the project was over. We always do a thorough clean up each working day and try our best to keep things clean and out of the way as we work, running magnets to assure we don't miss anything and i'm glad you caught the couple that were left. If you'd like I can send someone back over again and we can do another sweep if you feel its necessary or will give additional peace of mind.   Roofmasters did great work clearing debris from our roof and replacing our old skylight. After they installed the new skylight we noticed it had a manufacturer defect. Roofmasters immediately ordered another new skylight and installed it promptly. They are a pleasure to work with.

  I helped hire Jonathon & the RoofMasters crew on behalf of my close friend who owns a home in Vallejo, but resides out of the country. They did an excellent job handling both dry rot work and securing a brand new shingled roof at the residence. I would recommend them, for their quality work & excellent communication, to anybody.
