  Overall the experience was very pleasant. The installers were very helpful and explained what they were doing/installing. Today, the associate was pleasant and broke it down into an understandable language. All were knowledgeable.

They truly went above and beyond to help us replace our roof, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The first thing that impressed us was their responsiveness. Unlike some other companies we contacted, Pinnacle Exteriors Roofing promptly returned our call and scheduled a visit to assess our roof. Their team arrived on time, and it was evident from the start that they were well-prepared and highly knowledgeable. During the roof assessment, they took the time to thoroughly inspect the entire roof, explaining every detail along the way.   Excellent installation, professional service and great communications. Great price great service. My roof came out better than expected. The area around my house was clean, nail free, and you could not tell any construction was done. I am extremely satisfied. I highly recommend them.

  After Hurricane Laura, we were very fortunate to establish a relationship with Pinnacle Exteriors Roofing and their representative, Chris Speaks. From the initial tarping, through a second hurricane, and to the installation of our new roof, Chris patiently remained in constant contact with us. He was knowledgeable, professional, and worked well with us and with our insurance company. Our experience with Pinnacle was exceptional.

  Great friendly and professional people. After hurricane Laura they were drying in the roof with in 24 hours after the storm passed.Driving in from two hours away. They got the roof completed in a timely manner. And did great work. Completely cleaned the job site. Went above and beyond to help me out. Highly recommend these guys.

  Put off getting a new roof as long as I could. Called around to different roofing companies and found that pinnacle was the most responsive and friendly. Very Happy I used pinnacle. New roof looks great. Thanks again Pinnacle.
