From what I’ve personally seen and experienced, I unfortunately don’t have much positive to say. I’ve seen the company truck around my area several times, and I’ve noticed a blonde guy with blonde facial hair getting out of the back. I’ve personally seen everything from empty beer cans around the vehicle to seeing him drinking alcohol both inside the company vehicle and outside of it. There have also been times when the workers appeared to me to be intoxicated or close to. Almost everytime I've seen that company truck in the lot. They took beer cans out and you can see one or two of them drinking another smoking pot.

I cant speak for the work they do but if it's anything like their driving I would not use their services. I watched a truck of theirs almost run someone off the road on the whyte mud.

I know the owner. I am not biased. They always do the best of their ability. I know that sometimes, they take on big projects and when doing so, timelines can get skewed. Especially now, during the pandemic, when supplies are deliveries are delayed.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 8 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 8, of which 6 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Phoenix Roofing Ltd. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
