  I came to Kevin and his team at Silverline Roofing to get a professional opinion & estimation on my roof. Took many calls to get a representative out in the first place then it took many calls to get a opinion & estimation done. Finally I called to book the work, give them business!! They never called back or returned email. Despite not knowing their quality of work, I'm very glad to not have signed on this organization. Their lack of promptness, indicates to me that they lack consistency and you will want to think twice before engaging with them.

  Had many issues with the roof/gutter install and plenty of mess left behind. When my bathroom venting developed an issue I emailed them before other contractors, 2 days later I had to call to see if they had received my email and was told by the receptionist she was aware of my issue, but had done nothing with the message. Would probably use alfs or ardent next time. Edit for reply to owner: Kevin, Please do not mislead about communication, phone logs and email history do not lie. The 2 hour window a week and a half from my initial email you provided was insufficient, and only given after I had to follow up from lack of communication. By that point I had already spoken with another roofing company eager to perform the work in timely fashion. I also do not appreciate you putting words into my mouth it is extremely unprofessional, I have never said Silverline could not come onto my property, my words were " I don't trust silverlines competency to perform the work". Thank you kindly for the work provided, and while I appreciate the 5 year warranty silverline provides, it is not something I see myself using and will have any future issues addressed by another company.

  Mr. Field, kindly note you had a 5 year warranty on your roof as we completed the job 2 years ago. We offered to come out and take a look at the bathroom condensation, yet you wouldn’t allow us on your property. You emailed 3 weeks ago on a Sunday which our office was closed. We called and left a message for you on Monday. We also followed up with couple emails on Monday acknowledging your concern about your bathroom condensation, outlined possible reason for condensation of your bathroom and what to do while we wait to hear back from you. Bathroom ceiling condensation - is typically caused by warm, humid air coming into contact with a cold surface, creating small droplets of water on the surface. In the bathroom, the air holds a lot of moisture when someone uses the shower or bath, while the room also contains a lot of cold surfaces such as tiles and mirrors. Dripping roof condensation - forms when warm, moist air comes into contact with a colder surface and releases excess moisture on the surface. During the colder months, frost can build up under your roof. Once it melts, the moisture can mimic a leak and cause a stain on your ceiling. When you responded, you gave us no option to accommodate. We asked and offered multiple times to come out, reassured you that if it was a roof issue then you were covered 100%. Unfortunately you gave us no option and mentioned multiple times that we are not allowed to come on your property. We support other roofers you mentioned and hope you were able to rectify the situation. Thank you for your review and all the best.

  Payed $300 to have shingles replaced because the wind was 120km. One year later same thing, asked for warranty work because they blew off. Was told, after calling twice with no response, that the wind was recorded at 75 km so they wouldn't cover the roof. Funny thing is that prior to the second time they came out. The first time the shingles got blown off they told us that they would cover it up to 100km wind. 🤔

  We were very happy with Silverline Roofing. They showed up when they said they would, were professional, and completed our roof in two days. The cleanup was especially impressive. They cleaned up at the end of both days, including hauling away the bin, and our driveway was left clean. With approximately 15,000 nails from our original roof, I was very happy with how thorough they were. They also noticed that one section of our roof was missing a vent and recommended adding one because, in their professional opinion, it should have been there in the first place. We appreciated them catching that and taking care of it. We’re also really happy with the colour we chose. The roof looks great, and we would definitely recommend Silverline Roofing.

  Silverline Roofing did an absolutely outstanding job on my roof replacement. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free.   Silverlines' subcontracted team (2 the top roofing) of 6 very nice fellows had my house stripped and reroofed in 1 day. They cleaned the eavestrough and left the area around the house clean and all the nails picked up. They took particular care to not drop anything in my pond. Great job everyone!
