  One of their crews has been working at thee building in which we live since mid May. I cannot comment as to the quality of their work, but they have little regard for those living in the building. Machinery being loud is one thing, but the amount of constant shouting and foul language from 7:30 in the morning onward is unnecessary and unprofessional. Today alone I have heard the f-bomb multiple times per five minute period. This is with their truck parked right outside two of our bedroom windows.

  Absolutely terrible . They did not speak with me to disconnect my chimneys from the inside of the building they just ripped them all out and there was a build up of carbon monoxide inside the building that could have claimed someone’s life . They made a huge mess and only cleaned up on the last day of work instead of maintaining a clean work site daily. they left screws on the side walk and parking lot . When I talked to the owner he gave me nothing but attitude claiming his guys know what they are doing . Never hire this company they will cost you more than they are worth in the long haul.

  Just wanted to voice my displeasure with the fact that this roofing company replaced the roofs in the complex (25 residences) however, just about five years and still under warranty, we noticed that our living room window was leaking so we inspected the roof and found that there was possibly a faulty installation 5 years ago. Belvedere took ownership of the fault and repaired the roof after several calls back and forth. My concern at this point is that since they have taken ownership of the fault, I feel that the damage that was caused inside my home by this should also be looked after by the roofing company. The owner, Omar let me know that they only do the repairs on the outside and have nothing to do with the inside even tho the outside fault caused the damage to begin with. They directed me to my insurance company which informed me that my premiums would go up because of the claim, nice to know that I have to either pay out of pocket to get the damage repaired or pay for the higher premiums because of the claim. Belvedere should either arrange with another company to get the interior work done or have us find a company to complete the repair and pay the costs but they have indicated that in no way are they going to be responsible for the interior repair. So that is why I am writing this to let other unsuspecting customers know what they are in for if they choose this company. BUYER BEWARE, should you have damage, you will be responsible for ALL interior damages.

  Ken, We take pride in our workmanship as well our skilled workers and do not agree with your comment about “faulty installation”. It is unfortunate that out of the 25 units there was an issue in your home. As per the warranty agreement, that was accepted, the roofing installation was fully warranted but not anything in the interior, and that is why we honored your warranty and repaired your roof over 4 years after installation. Please review your warranty as we followed the warranty requirements fully, sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you.

  They are currently (Sept. 2016) re-roofing Hudson Court, a large apartment building. They managed to spray tar all over the side of the building and the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies, including some personal property such as a bicycle, barbecue, and patio furniture.

  Owner was quick to return my initial contact, came within a week to check the job and provide a quote. When we decided to go ahead, the job was completed within a week. The sub-contractors cleaned up after themselves thoroughly and the owner checked several times to make sure that we were satisfied with the work.
