Pheonix Exteriors was good to work with! The guy who came and helped me was quick and efficient, he took some measurements for my windows and gave us a quote! He even helped us find a decent deal. I'd work with them again for any upcoming roof or window repairs or updates we need.

Thanks for the great review! Glad we could get you measured up and find a deal that worked. We'll be here whenever you need us for windows, roofing, or anything else. Thanks for choosing Phoenix Exteriors!

Great guys, very transparent, and will help you through the whole process, start to finish. Highly recommend these guys for roofing needs.

  Reply from the business

Appreciate it. Transparent is what we're going for, a roof is a big purchase and you shouldn't have to guess what's happening. Thanks for the recommendation.

Phoenix Exteriors offers a great experience for a necessary but stressful thing, your roof. However, in spite of the stress, they keep you informed, answer questions, and largely take everything off your hands so you don't have to worry about it. Highly recommend these guys.

Thanks Scott. Nobody puts "new roof" on a wish list, so we figure the least we can do is keep you posted and handle the headaches ourselves. Appreciate the recommendation.

The employees who helped us out were really nice and amazing at communicating. They worked quickly and did a quality job as well.

Thanks Gaven. Good communication and a clean job site are the two things we push our crews hardest on, so hearing both called out is a good day for us.

These guys are super efficient! The process was so much simpler and quicker than I thought it was going to be. They didn't try to pressure me or upsell, or do the "sales bro" thing, just good, honest guys! Also, the day they installed my new roof was the same day my cousin became cancer free.

I didn't need a new roof, and rather than trying to push for and sell me one anyway, Dallin instead took my "no" for an answer, then circled back a full calendar year later to see if I would like a FREE gutter cleaning and roof inspection. Great experience with these guys and I know where I'm going when I NEED a new roof or repairs!

lack grit in your gutters after that last storm? That's your roof. Those little granules are the sunscreen layer on your shingles. A few is normal. A pile after one storm is not. Here's what makes Utah hail sneaky: it's small and fast, so it almost never punches a hole you can see from the driveway. Everybody assumes they got lucky. What it actually does is knock those granules loose and bruise the shingle underneath. Looks fine for two or three years. Then it leaks, and by then your insurance claim window has closed. Three things you can check from the ground, no ladder required, no trips to the ER: -Grit piled up at the bottom of your downspouts -Dents on the gutters, vents, or your AC unit (aluminum dents like a soda can, so it's the best evidence you've got) -Shingles that are lifted, curled, or missing along the ridge If any of that looks off, get it documented now while you're still inside your window. We do roofs, siding, windows, and gutters across Utah County and Salt Lake County. Want somebody to come look and tell you straight whether it's a repair, a replacement, or "you're fine, call us in ten years"? That's a free visit and there's no pitch attached.
