  The roof guys came to our home in Country Woods to replace the roof today Monday March 24, 2025 at 8: 00 am, and they are still on the process of doing this as I write this review. They left a flyer on our door last friday saying they will dump garbage on our patio and that THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THEY DO. After getting this horrible flyer, we contacted them and made sure they know WE DONT AUTHORIZE THEM TO DUMP GARBAGE ON OUR PATIO FROM THE ROOF, BECAUSE OUR HOUSE IS NOT A DUMPSTER. We sent this information in writing and they replied they will do everything in their power to dump the garbage in the dumpster and only little debris may fall on our patio. However this morning, the workers on the roof started dumping garbage on our patio, pieces of roof, debris, huge nails and more. I went outside and saw one of the men kneeling by the edge of the roof pushing with his hand the debris into our patio. They were not using a garbage bag or being careful at all. THIS IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL. They wanted us to let them inside our home to clean the patio, but we told their boss clearly WE WILL NOT ALLOW PEOPLE WE DONT KNOW INTO OUR HOUSE. If the workers are in such a hurry to complete the job and have no time to be careful and dump debris into people’s patios, this is their boss responsibility for not giving them enough time. I can see by the reviews these roof guys install roofs very fast. This can only be done at the expense of not being careful with people’s property because they are in a hurry to finish the job. Their boss is making good money and making them work hard at the expense of people’s property. This is not fair to the customers or the workers. Please give your workers more time to be able to dump garbage on the dumpster and not on people’s property. You can damp the garbage on the street and clean it there. OUR HOMES ARE NOT YOUR DUMPSTER FOR YOUR BUSINESS. PROVIDE YOUR OWN DISPOSAL FOR YOUR BUSINESS. DONT USE OUR HOMES AS

  Working with the roof guys was great! They got us on the schedule quickly, did a wonderful job and stayed in budget.
