I don't know about their roofing work, but whoever drives their huge lifted black company truck likes to go 90 on the freeway and cut people off. Came up so fast and so close to our bumper in the HOV lane we were scared he was gonna hit us. Not professional at all.

Melanie I sincerely apologize for the frustration, fear and panic I may have caused for you or any other driver. I was the one speeding panicked my self trying to get to the hospital as soon as I could. I had just been notified one of my kids was admitted back to the hospital. As much as this review frustrates me believing if facts were known perhaps you’d be willing to consider another means of communicating and expressing your concerns. I also believe at the same time and respect your right to act in the most appropriate way you see fit. It’s been a bit rough the past week on the edge of uncertainty and I sincerely ask if you’d be willing to accept my apology and if I come across rude it isn’t my intention, just a bit overwhelmed. We are a small company and I’m sure you can tell by reading the previous reviews, I do my best to go above and beyond to serve those that choose to work with us. I am upset though not at you. I understand you are doing what you feel is justified, the circumstances in which receiving such a review is what’s frustrating. I would be very grateful if you’d be willing to consider an alternative to the bad review. I would very much appreciate the opportunity to apologize either over the phone or in person. If willing to consider you can reach me at 385-200-4040. My name is Cody and again I apologize for the negative impact my actions had on you. Thanks for reading, best to you and yours.

I had a great experience with Epic Roofing Contractors, LLC. Cody was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and an excellent communicator from beginning to end. He took the time to explain what was going on with my roof and gave me multiple options for addressing it, including some that helped save me money. I never felt pressured into choosing the most expensive option. I also really appreciated that Cody sent photos of the roof before and during the work, as well as before-and-after photos when appropriate. Since I can’t get up on the roof myself to see the work firsthand, having those photos for my own records gave me additional peace of mind. Cody really seemed to go the extra mile to make sure the job was done well and that I was happy with the result. He and Jeremy were also just genuinely pleasant people to have around my home—the kind of guys you immediately feel comfortable having in your space. I really appreciated the honesty, communication, and care they brought to the job. I would absolutely recommend Cody and Epic Roofing Contractors to anyone looking for a roofer they can feel good about working with.

Quality service that's friendly and honest. Unfortunately, I've needed two small repair jobs this year. Fortunately, I found these guys. If I have the bad luck of needing a third repair at least I know I'll have the right company on the job. Update: After these repairs on a different room, I had them reroof our entire residence. The quality and care they showed blew us away. They checked in with me during the process, remained flexible when I had specific requests, and even came back to do touch up a spot where the aesthetics weren't exactly what we needed. Amazing. We've now recommended them to one friend and will continue to do so in the future, no question. Update 2: Cody and his guys keep taking care of us. We needed a vent retrofitted on a low-pitch TPO roof, and of course I turned to Epic. They worked with me to figure out what part would work best for our situation, and they did quick, quality work when it came time to install. I love having a relationship with this company.
