  I do not recommend Perry Roofing, this is 8 year old roof, it was installed right after Harvey (2017) I recently had a leak they are blaming a branch that was trimmed last year you can easily tell that is a very old cut.Jessie (field manager) came to inspect the roof, I was told by him the work was subcontracted to a Marcus that still does work for them, I don’t understand why they don’t make subcontractor responsible for his bad work, as you can see on the pictures is a horrible job no experience installing metal or gravel roof at the time, Ridge cap is not even matching the house peak, rake & corner trim was not planed before installing sizes don’t make sense, gravel is all ready lifting, the answer from Perry roofing is, the warranty is on the material, to have that warranty on materials needs to be installed properly, they blame the wind, humidity etc. Perry roofing brought up invoices to proof the material was purchased, that is not on my roof, you can clearly see some is very old, from original roof that was damaged. I do have a one year labor warranty that they are not honoring. I also find out the permit from city of Victoria never passed inspection. I refuse to claim on insurance when I know clearly the bad job that was done with this roof.

  Mr. Lagrone, It saddens us to see that you are so quick to leave a negative review for us when we have known you for so long, you are a past happy customer and we did respond to you the same day. It's unfortunate that you as a friend of the family, and a past happy customer is happy to leave a negative review over a miscommunication but doesn't have the time to leave a positive review after we did everything we could to help you get the inspections you needed to sell your home. We explained to you that the email you sent went to an email address that is not on any of our communications and that we no long use it. The email you sent was after 10pm at night to the email address that does not alert us so we were not aware you sent it until the next day when we happen to check it looking for something else. We do sincerely apologize that we did miss your call at 9am. Thousands of peoples homes were hit by those storms so we did have a high call volume the morning after the storm. After reviewing the call records held by a 3rd party and my caller ID , unfortunately we did not receive your 2nd call and no voicemails or text messages were left by you. Regular office hours are 8am-5pm, you had already chosen a different company by lunch time and left a review shortly after not allowing much opportunity for us to respond. We will take your disappointment and make necessary adjustments to our protocol. We are sorry we were not able to answer your call but given the circumstances did respond to you the same day which is standard for many companies. We wish you the best of luck on your home repairs.

  Employee walking the neighborhood punched out the hang tag hole and left the trash in the yard before leaving the hang tag on the door (see picture). Not interested in a company selling door-to-door and definitely not interested in a company that trespasses and litters.

  Sorry for the inconvenience Michael. We hire a company to put up door hangers as a form of advertising, not selling door to door. We apologize for the litter. We have addressed it with the people hanging the door hangers and will not be using them in the future.

  This is the typical roofing company that will talk the talk and never walk the walk. Don't waste your time with them. I've been trying to get them to meet my insurance adjuster for almost 8 months. They'll answer the phone the first time, then never again.

  Mr. Mammen, We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our service. You did call the office at 2:00 today and recieved a phone call back from your sales rep Marco within 45 minutes of your first call to address your questions. Your insurance company has already denied the roof once back in September 2016 because there is no damage and you requested them to come again. The insurance company said they would be there between 2 and 5 pm. They were supposed to call ahead of time to let Marco know when they would be there and he did not receive the call and they showed up before estimated time. When Marco returned your call he informed you he could not get there in time, because they showed up early. We were trying to find another field estimator to come on such short notice to meet the adjuster and we unsuccessful since everyone already had appointments. The insurnace company does not need us there to show him what he needs to look for to file a claim but we tried to be there incase of any questions. We are sorry for the miscommunication between multiple parties and sad to see you would give us 1 star after a comunication on the time the insurance company would come. We have done serveral houses for you and your family with complete satisfaction and would not think we deserve 1 star with multiple satisfied customers from your family and friends. We are sorry you are not happy but we do feel we have provided you, your family and friends with good customer service over the past months and many roofs we have done for y'all.   Had a leak in the roof and Jesse was the ultimate professional in diagnosing and solving the issue. Highly recommend working with Perry Roofing!

  Jesse was amazing. Had a leak during the rain yesterday. Called for service and within 2 hours Jesse was here, identified the issue (A/C vent) and caulked it. Super happy and would recommend them to anyone!

  We had roof damage done by what we think could have been a raccoon. We called Perry Roofing and they came immediately on a Saturday to access the damage. They gave us a reasonable appraisal and should be coming Monday to fix everything. We greatly appreciate the promptness. Thank you to Jesse that came and did all that for us.

  Outstanding customer service and got the job done quickly! They took care of everything including the repair of a few damaged spots on the sheathing. Great price and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended.

  I bought my roof from Perry Roofing in 2017 and it has held up nicely, but when it needed some maintenance for seals around pipes and flashing Jessie promptly and professionally took care of it. I had a pleasant experience and highly recommend this company!

  We have used them for replacing our roof as well as house painting. They did an excellent job of both, quick, on time, kept us informed and cleaned up when done. Jesse and crew really rock!

  We have worked with Perry Roofing for over 20 years. They are an exceptional company and Pro’s in their business. The team at Perry Roofing did a fantastic job installing new gutters on our newly constructed house while adding a new roof to the house we were selling. This is the 2nd roof replacement they have completed for us & 1st gutter installation. A family owned business, Carmon is a delight to speak with and provides knowledgeable, detailed and transparent quotes. Jessie Aguilar & his techs were punctual, professional, and worked efficiently to get the job done right. Jessie even made additional trips to adjust our downspout system and made sure we were happy with the final result. It has been over six months since the initial installation and the gutter system is working perfectly. The quality of the materials is excellent, and the installation looks clean and seamless. It has also been over six months since our roof replacement on our previous home. Perry Roofing did an exceptional job down to the last nail & just in time for escrow. It’s beautiful. I am confident in their workmanship & will continue to use them in the future. I highly recommend Perry Roofing for any roofing or gutter installation or needs!
