Freetail Roofing is the ABSOLUTE BEST! Their 5 star review are no lie. Mike and his team have been doing roofs in the local area for years. When I moved into my home seven years ago, on day one, a wind storm blew some shingles off. Mike worked with the insurance company to get me a new roof. I decided to upgrade to the GAF Gold Warranty roof with architectural shingles and a lifetime warranty. Phenomenal job and the best roof in the neighborhood! Fast forward to seven years later, when I found a shingle in my yard, I called up Freetail, and of course they're still in business unlike many roofing companies that come and go. With my warranty and Freetail's work ethic, I wasn't worried in the least, but wanted it checked out. Mike came back out, we caught up, he went up there and checked it out and everything is still golden. Not so much for my neighbors that he saw were missing shingles and where that shingle in my yard probably came from. They should call Freetail. You should, too. Free inspection and the nicest, most honest people. Customer for life!

We are currently remodeling our home with a new addition. Because the house had several prior additions over the years, we were left with a complex roof structure full of tricky valleys and persistent drainage challenges. We wanted a high-quality metal roof built to last for generations, so we evaluated bids from five different roofers before choosing Michael at Freetail Roofing. From the start, Michael stood out. He brought exceptional technical problem-solving to the table, redesigning several complex roof sections to ensure proper water runoff. He also coordinated seamlessly with our rainwater harvesting team, designing and installing a custom gutter system tailored precisely to our setup. Since completion, the roof has weathered several major storms flawlessly with zero issues. Michael was highly competitive on pricing, respected our budget, and remained accessible and communicative throughout the entire build. I give Michael and the Freetail Roofing team my absolute highest recommendation.

Great roofing company! They recently replaced our roof. The office staff as well as workers were very courteous and helpful. The workers were very careful of our outdoor furniture and plants. Highly recommend Freetail Roofing!

I’ve had Freetail out a couple of times. When a tree fell on our fence and ruined our gutters and then to fix where the squirrels were dining. They did a fantastic job both times. Highly recommend them for all your roof needs. Here’s a before and after of my recent work.

We selected Freetail Roofing when our roof was impacted by hail. Their communication was excellent. The representative explained all that would be happening, the warranty and payment options. The installation/clean-up was done quickly and safely. We were very pleased. Even better, was when we called for warranty work today. Freetail Roofing was there for us. Matthew came out to inspect. He went above and beyond. We would highly recommend Freetail Roofing for your roofing needs.

Freetail Roofing has been an amazing company to work with. We had mysterious water spots on our garage ceiling after the heavy rains. The team was able to find the source and repair it quickly. We also needed some unrelated roof …

Michael and his crew completely redid our tile roof a few years ago. The recent high winds shifted a few tiles, so I called them up. Today, Matthew came by and sorted it all out as a courtesy. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and it's always a pleasure working with them.

The owner checked our roof and told us their honest opinion of we need to replace the roof or not. They are the most honest roofer I've ever encountered. Although we don't need roof replacement at the moment now, we will for sure hire Freetail Roofing in the future. Thank you very much!
