  Unfortunately, I can't recommend Anderson Roofing based on my experience. They came out to inspect the issue and said they would be back, but never followed up. I had to call multiple times just to get a response, and even then, there was no clear communication or commitment to return. Disappointed with the lack of follow-through and professionalism.

  I apologize. We did let you down. We had more calls this month than the entire last year and had many, many weather delays which were not normal for June and July. We should have stopped taking new customers for a few weeks instead of trying to juggle. Again, our apologies.

  Davona, I'm very sorry we let you down. Roof inspections can't take place when it is raining so, yes there was a delay and we should have communicated that more clearly. The biggest issue is that your insurance is very cheap. In Texas the insurance companies are the ones that determine the prices. We don't use thin shingles (3-tabs) anymore because they don't stand up to the Texas winds and we can't put our usual lifetime warranty on them. But your insurance won't pay for the better quality. The sales person was willing to not take commission so we looked at the math carefully and tried to make it work. We determined that we would lose money anyhow because our crews are skilled and we pay them well. We were not trying to upsell you on getting your siding done. - -If we did your siding and other items, your insurance may have paid a coordination fee that could have made it workable. I'm sorry we didn't explain that complicated detail well enough and I'm sorry we weren't responding quickly. We tried to make it work and we just couldn't. Other roofers do a higher volume and might be able to do your roof without taking a loss. Our focus is on complicated roofs that require a crew with more skills. - Beth Anderson

  Exceptional customer service. Chris worked with me through the process. Key point is he set expectations and met them. I like how detailed they are. Smoothest roof replacement I’ve ever done. He was recommended to me by my insurance company, travelers, who also been great to work with too. Roof looks great, roofers tied off on roof made me feel safety was important.

  You had a few shingles blown off, a few that were installed badly and are slipping, a few hail dents and some flashing that is pulling loose. If we fix all those small problems, it should be good for a few more years. No need to replace the whole thing yet. We will get those taken care of tomorrow and you can call us when you get a real storm down the line. (Be sure your insurance coverage is good for the next storm.)   We replaced a few shingles, re-caulked all the nails and tightened up the flashings. You should be good for a while till you can save up for a new roof. Or maybe your insurance will cover a roof if we get a storm. Either way, remember us when the time comes.

  Called Chris and 2 hours later he showed up. He diagnosed the problem but did not have the silicon to fix it. He came back and took care of the issue and I am extremely happy with his service. work and the price was extremely low. He also set up up with a service to repair the water damage on the inside of the home.

  I would highly recommend Anderson Roofing & Construction! Chris came out the same day that I called to assess a leak coming through my mother's dining room and made repairs quickly! His customer service and knowledge was superb!

  Thanks for the kind words. Vents are not aways installed correctly by the original builder. We replace quite a few. Happy to help. This should keep you dry for a while. Call us when you get a storm and we will give you an honest assessment.
