  The women who answered the phone was rude. The man who returned my call was worse. Hard to believe these folks make any money treating customers that way.

  They repaired our roof in Gravette for $2500 on July 1st 2019 and in August 2019 the two spots they repaired stared leaking even worse than before. When they came out to look at it the said it’s rough luck and it would be another $2,500 to fix their mistake. Unreal they need to back up their repairs. The website states they guarantee their work but I guess it’s only when it’s convenient for them.

  Some of the rudest customer service we have ever received. I'm honestly not sure how they even have as many stars as they do. Their receptionist makes excuses and hangs up on people. VERY unprofessional. After getting rudeness and frustration for two days over trying to get someone out to the house we decided to take our business elsewhere.

  This is a GREAT local company with GREAT people. Cody got me totally take care of. His customer service is phenomenal and my roof looks better than the day the house was built. Kudos to you and Perry Roofing. I'm spreading the word to everyone!

  Perry Roofing did an excellent job. We worked with John Cummings, and he was upfront, honest, and fair. I also appreciated that his crew took good care of my making sure our dog didn’t get out of the yard. Sometimes it’s the little things that set a business apart. We were very pleased with the service we received.

  I want to thank Brandon for taking care of my roofing repair after a bad hail storm. He's truly an asset to Perry Roofing and their crews are always professional and always cleans up nice afterwords. I highly recommend them.

  Have used Perry for a couple jobs. John has always been up front and honest about the process and pricing. The bids are always competitive. I choose Perry at the end of the day for their customer service and quality of work. From the first call to the last nail, they are dedicated to making the customer happy.   I have had the opportunity to work with Perry Roofing on several projects. John Lee is the best. He goes above and beyond to work with you to achieve your vision. After the Memorial Day weekend tornado I had to replace the roof and guttering on my home. At that time, I took the opportunity to change the facia color as well. My home looks spectacular! I'm so happy with the color choice and appreciate his guidance and expertise. In all he helped me with 16 roofs, a fence and painting a duplex. I highly recommend Perry Roofing!

  Perry Roofing did a stellar job for us after the hailstorm. John Lee didn't give a 'razzle dazzle' sales pitch. He examined the damage, gave us an honest and concise summary of what they could do for us, and a very reasonable estimate. Amber in the office worked with us with our insurance claim checks and getting those processed smoothly. The repair schedule John gave us was followed right on time and to the "T". They DEFINITELY have a return customer if the need ever arises again. Thanks Perry Roofing!!!!!!!!!!

  Honestly I hated the thought of having to find someone to deal with and do the whole "car salesman thing" for my new roof but luckily I found Them over at Perry's Roofing ... Was great for the start no BSing, very straightforward and great prices! They did both my roof on my house and the shed I couldn't be happier! Very quick and painless process. If you're in need of a roof definitely reach out to them for a quote!!
