  David’s roofing put a new roof on my house late last year. Roof looked great and installed in a short amount of time. Fast forward about 7 months to the very heavy rain. Roof was leaking around the fireplace. In fact, it was leaking so bad filled up multiple containers and made a big mess. Started calling David’s roofing to get somebody out to look at it. Five or six phone calls later and about a six weeks finally got somebody out. They did a water test and discussed results with me afterwards. They said it is leaking around the flashing and the cap is porous and needs to be treated. Said flashing repair will be covered under warranty and I would pay for fireplace cap to have a sealer applied and would only be a few hundred bucks. They said they would put me in the schedule. Fast forward another five or six weeks and I call them. Their feedback is leak is on on the porosity of the fireplace and the flashing is perfect and doesn’t need to be fixed oh, and by the way, the sealant will be 600$. I argued with them and they were not willing to honor the warranty. I requested they come and do another water test as to confirm. He isn’t willing. So now, as a homeowner, I am stuck having to get another roofing company to come out and water test and confirm the flashing is leaking. I will end up having to get an attorney. A homeowners worst nightmare. I will never use this company again. Everything is great if warranty rework is required. In my opinion

  I needed some work on my roof and a sales rep came to my house to see what needed to be done, and we spoke several times... and every single time we spoke he tried to get me to purchase an entire new roof, claiming it's "cheap" and would only "cost us about $12,000." we had a third party come out and look and we needed $1,000 worth of work done. They did good work, but their business tactics are sleazy and predatory

  Their work on our house left a lot of needed work but we were told we didn't know what we were talking about. Their work was not very good and the customer service was sorry. The salesman Damian is not some one to depend on for honestly and trust. They will not return your calls after 3 weeks of trying to get things fixed. Their crew will work 4 or 5 hours and then sleep in your driveway 4 or 5 hours and go home or somewhere.1 star is their rating from us because it doesn't go lower. But make you own choice. For your sake I hope you don't choose David's roofing they are not as good as they say they are. In

  Joe, The work we completed on your house was of great quality. Your concerns were a few trim pieces that weren’t perfectly symmetrical and the gutter trough wasn’t perfectly level. We sent the crew out to work on the trims and Damian went to meet with you to make sure all your concerns were fixed. However, when Damian informed you that we would not install the gutters perfectly level (because it would not drain and it would void warranties) you got very irate and demanded that we take money off the bill and just part ways. Seeing how we weren’t going to possibly meet a happy middle ground, we agreed to your number of a discount and decided to part ways. You then tried to get even more of a discount and continue to belittle our staff as we were working to get out of your way. As for taking a nap in your yard, it was in the mid to upper 90 degrees when we installed your metal roof. It gets extremely hot and our crew takes a break. They take short naps some times, they call their families some times, they just listen to music some times. They’re watching out for their health before going back to work. As for the phone calls. We instructed you of who to contact. You had your salesman’s number, the production manager’s number, and the general manager’s number. When calling them, you would get a response. It just wasn’t in the immediate time range that you wanted, because you would call 10+ times a day when we kept giving you the same answers. This job did not have the happy ending that we strive for with each of our jobs. We feel like our other reviews reflect that. This job just wasn’t going to work out because we could not do anything right in your eyes from the beginning. You got a steep discount that should be more than enough to cover any of the additional work you want done. - President of David’s Roofing Co.

  I had someone come out to look at my roof for repairs, and nearly a month later I have still not received an estimate. Even after being told that it would be by Wed Aug 7th

  Had a crew banging around ripping my neighbors roof off at 6 am. When I told them about the noise ordinance they were very rude and shooed me away.

  I needed a new roof and I called David's. They sent out their inspector/salesperson and we went over choices. I didn't bother to get any other estimates because David's had such high ratings. Two weeks later I had a brand new roof. It was done in one day and they did a great job.

  Tim came out to check my roof for hail damage and he did an excellent job. He was right on time and got right to work. I told him I thought my roof was about 10 years old but when he came down, he told me it was newer than I thought it was and gave me his honest opinion that there was nothing to fix. Excellent company and I will definitely use them again.

  Great company! Our roof was replaced in a timely and efficient manner. They worked well with our insurance company and their estimate was very competitive. They were always easily contacted and very thorough. Their crews are amazing! Clean up was perfect as though they had never been here! Highly recommend.
