My in-laws had their roof installed by you and the first rain after the roof was installed it was leaking. 2 Weeks has gone by since they were out to check it and still no contact or resolution. The roof is holding water under the metal and causing damage to the house. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!

We have no unsettled complaints. We strive to answer any call backs as soon as possible, weather permitting. Who are your “in-laws”? Without a name, we cannot verify your complaint or get in touch with them. Please have them contact us immediately. Also keep in mind that there is a company with a similar name in the area that people OFTEN confuse us with. If your in-laws are our clients, we certainly want to clear this up immediately!

Who cares how good their work is if they can't abide by the Do Not Call registry and have to constantly call people to get business.

We had a great experience working with Brent from Mel Harris Company. He was quick to respond, schedule, and follow through until the project was completed. We love our new cover patio and will be calling him in the future.

Mr. Harris was very timely and honest in our discussions regarding our home issues. I can tell he really wants to separate their company from others by the level of quality and communication. (It's a nice change from dealing with so many …

I had an excellent experience with this roofing company from start to finish. Their inspection was absolutely phenomenal — very thorough, professional, and informative. What stood out the most was their honesty. They took the time to explain everything clearly, never tried to pressure me into unnecessary repairs, and genuinely cared about helping me understand the condition of my roof. It’s hard to find companies that are both knowledgeable and trustworthy, but this team definitely is. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest roofing professionals with great customer service!

Prompt, courteous, professional and friendly service. My insurance company has been very challenging to deal with but MH Roofing has been so helpful and readily available to answer any questions. My shingle roof looks great. Highly recommend!

Our house is fairly large with just over 5000 square feet of roof area. The original roof was composition shingles. Mel Harris Roofing removed all the original roofing down to the bare wood decking. Then they laid down a synthetic underlayment that meets several U.S. and international building standards followed by the installation of 26 gauge steel standing seam roofing panels (16 inch width & custom cut lengths to fit the roof). The new metal roof weighs about 3000 pounds less than the original shingle roof. The crews that performed the work are seasoned professionals who went about their tasks with skill, precision, and good cheer. The job took 3 1/2 days (Monday through mid-day Thursday). Their clean-up after completion was meticulous. Compared to estimates from other companies, both local and nationwide, Mel Harris Roofing's price was just below mid-way in the range that I found. So, high quality materials and workmanship plus a fair price.

We had new windows 🪟 replacing our 40 year old windows. They have made a real difference in the look of our house. The installer did a great job with the installation and did an excellent job cleaning up. The windows will be so much easier to clean with the tilt in feature. I highly recommend Mel Harris company. …

I've known Brent and Isabelle Harris for over 6 years now. We met at church. It's really hard to put into words the kind of individuals that they are. They both have a strong work ethic, excellent communication, and are genuinely down to earth people. On a side note, they have both helped myself and my wife's business grow as well. I highly recommend Mel Harris Company to anyone in the market for their services.
