I felt they did a really good job. The roof looks nice, they were very responsive to my needs as a small landlord, and they got the job done fast. Really great team, I would definitely work with them again the next time I need my roof replaced.

Eddie and his crew did the best job of all the roofing contractors out there. Tore off, hauled off, and installed the roof in one day during extreme cold weather early in January. Above and beyond the call best describes Perez Roofing. Thanks for a great job!!!!!!

Have had issues with leaking around my chimney when the wind blows rain. Eddie came within a couple of weeks to repair with new metal flashing. I would recommend Perez Roofing Restoration.
