Absolutely worst company. Claimed they replaced parts with brand new but does this look new to you? Major damage in a newly remodeled bathroom and now the won’t answer their phone!! Do not use this company. (Edit) they have 5 stars only bc they have all the other reviews removed. Wonder how long this review will stay (Edit #2) THERE IS SERIOUS DAMAGE NOW!! They have yet to come out to fix the roof and now that it’s raining we have MULTIPLE leaks! This company has yet to respond! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! See my first edit about them getting rid of all the bad reviews. How mine is still here I have no idea

Exterior caulking helps seal joints and small gaps around windows, doors, trim, siding, and other exterior features. The service generally involves removing deteriorated material, cleaning the surface, and applying new sealant carefully along the affected areas. Compared with cracked or missing caulking, fresh sealant creates a cleaner finished appearance while supporting routine weatherproofing maintenance. Smooth application and proper surface preparation are important for achieving a durable result. The completed work provides a useful maintenance improvement across the exterior of the property.

Lee and his team did such a great job! They were really able to help me understand the best material choices I could pick from to make this a one and done project for a long time. Feel like it turned out fantastic. We replaced our dormer’s siding, soffit, facia windows and trim. I highly recommend the Hardieboard wood look option. It matched our existing cedar siding on the rest of our house and will last a very long time. 😎
