  Nate Morrison walked right past our private property sign and literally stuck his business card for this company directly on our no soliciting sign on our front door. How hard is it to read a sign and respect people's property and wishes? Imagine how bad of a roofing job they would do if they cant read a sign.

  Paul based on your review history all you due is leave bad reviews. If your home didn't look in such bad shape people probably wouldn't stop by to see if you needed help. Stay miserable paul. I guess you will never know the great Job Nate would have done for you!!!

  My house was leaking on the inside from the chimney. Justin McLean, the representative of this company quote me $3,000 for the exterior and $2,000 for the interior. The only thing I need for the exterior is chimney flash seal less than $60 and the interior $900. This company overpriced and a rip-off

  We are sorry you didn’t agree with our price. We are obviously not a good fit for you as you hire the lowest unlicensed bidder. Your roof needed extensive repair due to improper repairs being done in the past when it leaks again give us a call.

  Extremely long delay (over 6 months) to have roof done, then stated roof cost doubled - upcharge is name of one of his boats - just sayin

  Well this review must be fake because I don’t have a boat named upcharge. Second we have no one on file that it took 6 months from the time the insurance took to approve your file to the time we installed it. You have the wrong company

  Terrible experience! They called me so I said sure come on out. The day of the meet they called and rescheduled, was not happy since it was my day off but fine things happen. Took Monday off to meet them, and of course they called 47 minutes before the visit and canceled. I explained I took the day off just for this and he did not give two craps! No empathy, no professionalism, and I told him you have earned one heck of a review. He apologized and blamed it on some scheduling system, yada yada. It was everyone’s fault but his own. Folks I have been a construction for many years and let me tell you one thing…. If they can’t even get the quote right, how are the going to get the roof right? When will they start, when will they finish? Don’t trust this company! How they start so shows how they will finish. Unforgivable!!! My choice is Hayes Roofing lots of extras! Super great people!   Mr. Turner unfortunately it is true our marking department schedule kevin to meet with you but there was a conflict in meeting you on that time. Kevin reached out to you and told you he would call you on Monday to let you know when he could come check the roof out. We never set a time to meet with you on Monday we said we would call you to set up a day that week that would work which we did. You told Kevin never mind and went off on him when he called you Monday. We are sorry for the misunderstanding and we wish you the best!

  Salesman came out because I requested a quote. Informed him that I had 3 companies lined up to come look. Refused to ballpark a price, gave some nonsensical reasoning of checking satellite imaging and emailing quotes. Took off and never heard back. Must have decided competitive pricing was an issue or the job wasn’t worth his time. If you don’t want to compete with other companies and your only goal is to give the typical seedy salesman presentation to lock in your leads just say that. Contact these guys if you have no idea about your project and are really hoping to get taken advantage of with scripted telemarketer type rubbish. On the plus side, the guy seemed like a nice dude, I guess.

  Hey Nathan Galub so sorry to hear your experience wasn't awesome. The reason your sales person hasn’t got back with you was do to being out Sick. You offered to pay for Materials in order to save you money and we told you that we don’t do projects like that. We also told you that we are able to get them cheaper then you. We are also not aware have any telemarketing scripts that you were pitched. We told you we would be back to take a Hover report which is done by satellite. No one asked you to sign any thing or agree to anything so I’m not sure how we took advantage of you. If still want your estimate we will be happy to help.

  Edit: After seeing this report the company decided to charge me 2.5x the original asking price. However they still did nothing. Proof in the pics. I asked this company to do an inspection. My last contactor dropped the ball on my install. The gentleman I spoke with committed to a time, then never showed up and would not return my texts. I would have paid them for their time and had a check waiting already made out. I feel like to just ghost a customer and lie is a true insight in how they do business. I would have been fine to say, "no we are busy."

  We went to your house on 01/4/22 at 10am and took pictures of your damaged siding. The pictures you sent via text was already repaired. You had storm damage on the right side of your home. We told you we would go by there and take a look which we did and we would ge back with you. We have not had time to do any report for you. In fact We have no contract with you yet you have left us review when you haven’t agreed to our price for services. After the wind storm on Monday we have received a overwhelming amount of calls to repair damage. You have asked us to Write a report not fix anything for you. We did what we said we would do and took a look. We will get back to you after we have reviewed everything.

  The repairs they have completed so far were done with care and efficiency. They were able to negotiate with our insurance company and get a fair price on materials for the repair. Everything they claimed to do so far has been completed with impeccable workmanship.
