This is the 2nd part of the review I did 9 months ago. Mike was incredibly helpful working with my insurance company. He absolutely went above and beyond and finally my insurance agreed to pay for the roof replacement. Mike has excellent communication and worked with my schedule to get the roof done. He was very quick and had great follow-up communication. His prices are reasonable and the roof looks gorgeous! I can't recommend Mike enough. I would not look further! 1st review Mike showed up during a busy season quickly and on time. He was a great listener, kind, and respectful. Mike sent a video of the roof explaining to me in the video what was going on with the shingles. He sent a fair estimate over in a timely way. I would highly recommend Mike!

Mike showed up exactly when he said he would. Climbed up on our roof to assess any damages that had been caused by an ice dam that we had. While he was up there he noticed a couple of other things for us to keep an eye on. He’s very knowledgeable and set our minds at ease. We will definitely recommend him to anyone that needs work done and he’ll get our business in the future. Thanks Mike!

Mike at Peak Exteriors was great at pre-sales in that he visited our property and understood our concerns with some siding damage that needed to be addressed while replacing the roof. Mike provided a few options before we even approved the roof quote. One on the job Mike's team uncovered an ongoing roof issue for us which was leaking through the chimney chase. The chase was never built correctly and with Mikes assistance we arrived at a cost effective solution to the issue. This only set us back about 1/2 day. During the roof replacement (and chimney chase rebuild) the on-site foreman provided pictures so we could see the progress. The on-site team cleaned up any remaining roofing material and left the property in better shape than they found it. We look forward to using Peak Exteriors for an upcoming siding replacement on this property. Mike and the team were easy to work with and provided valuable experience and care to our property.

Peak Exteriors recently completed a standing seam metal roofing system with fascia and soffit on a shop building in Townsend. The unique project was unconventional in that the peak was nearly 30’ high with 22’ eaves, a 6/12 pitch, and designed to accommodate solar panels with an extended overhang on the southern exposure. The work was completed quickly and safely and for the quoted price. The workmanship is exceptional. As a retired construction engineer who has spent thousands of hours inspecting all kinds of work, I was impressed with the care taken in fitting the panels and in satisfying my concerns as the customer.

Mike did a great job meeting our needs and being transparent with his pricing and what product would work for our job. Although we didn’t pull the trigger on our project presently, we will definitely look him up when we’re ready.

Mike and Sarah completely redid the exterior of our home. It was a multi - step project... They discussed every step with us so we knew what would be done. They were professional, friendly, considerate and communicated extremely well. They didn't cut corners but carefully solved all the problems that show up in a remodel. I highly recommend them.
