  I hired this company to work on my roof, and I’m disappointed with the results. The roof lines are noticeably not straight, which was one of the main things I expected to be done correctly. I brought up my concerns after the job was finished, which they came out and "fixed" which still looks awful. Based on my experience, the workmanship did not meet the level of quality I was expecting. I hope the company improves their attention to detail and customer support.

  Showed up late for every appointment, including install. Leaks first rain and never had issues previous decades. Told the house magically settled. Lied too several times from managers also even though we all expect sales people to be that way. Come to find out loop holes in the fake warranty, they don’t make materials and don’t cover any issues is what the fine print really means. Lastly the actual cost of the project is 20% of what your contract is… think about that before signing and you don’t get a true warranty as promised. Go to Roofr.com get your free house measurements and select material costs with it. Try to not be shocked, wait on top of that the installation crews install for no more than $150 a square all in (re-deck, material removal and dumpster cost) many times they work for less and waste factor isn’t part of installs pay sheet. Regret is an understatement and wish I could undo over paying for every part of the project, while falling short of warranty coverage expectations. Lesson learned, buyer beware. *My profession is marketing and was bamboozled.

  Kyle came over and did a great job. supposedly our caulking disintegrated on the roof for the vents he just caulked them right up and asked me to have a good day. Definitely will call back in case anything else happens.

  We had a leaking roof. I had called another company first and left a message with an AI bot, and when I didn't get a call back for several hours I called Ace Roofing and was immediately in contact with a human being. Kyle Cantu did the repair work and was knowledgeable, thorough, and quick. He was extremely helpful in providing information and quotes about other roofing projects that need attention on our home.

  I’m under contract on a new house and needed the roof checked out. Ted texted me back within the hour and got me on his books within two days. He called right after for a thorough follow up and was great to work with. We are on a time crunch so him fitting us in was really amazing!

  The sales rep Ian Morgan did a great job in setting up our roof replacement an insurance claim. Ian negotiating with the insurance agent and was able to get full coverage for the roof wind damage.

  I requested a consultation on condition of my roof due to a water intrusion above a window. Kyle Cantù responded to assess if damage on the roof was the source of water. Even with some hail and wind damage, he determined that it was not the source. However, he found several locations where caulking was failing around the upper window and siding which he repaired. I found Kyle to be professional and appreciated his communication regarding my concerns. Thus, I will call Ace Roofing for any future roof concerns. Nancy Norberg
