I have been trying for the last month and a half to get a quote from this company for a complete roof replacement and solar installation to no avail. Every time I call them, a different person picks up and confirms that I have in fact call them before. They then tell me that they will check on with the "technician" and call me back, but never heard back. I must say that if your company can't follow through to provide a quote for your primarily line of business, your company must not be very good.

We are sorry to hear about your experience and for the inconvenience it has caused you. We apologize for the lack of follow-up on our end. We take customer service seriously and we will address this issue to ensure it does not happen again in the future. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Pasat completed a full re-roof of my home and the experience was excellent. Costinel met with us in person and explained everything before we even chose a contractor, unlike other companies that just sent a drone and an email quote. Mid-project, they found the roof was in worse shape than expected; Costinel documented it thoroughly and was upfront about the added cost, so we never felt blindsided. Still finished in two weeks, as promised. Highly recommend, honest, transparent, and great work.

Really phenomenal experience. A new roof is quite the undertaking, so we took our time to learn about the details, get multiple quotes. Costinel Pasat was recommended to me by a neighbor and colleague, he responded within minutes and was going over the options at my house within an hour. After comparing all quotes, they clearly use the highest quality materials, put care into their work, and reinforce regions of natural weakness to a significantly higher degree than their competitors. They were quick, extremely clean every day of work, transparent, and made sure it not only looks amazing but will last as long as possible. If I ever need work done I will definitely reach out to them, though I suspect I won't be needing it for a long long time. 100% recommend, completely satisfied.

Pasat Roofing recently completed a roof replacement on my home. They were recommended by a friend of mine , who said they were a great company. I now have to say that I agree with her! From the time I received my estimate, which included 3 options, I felt they were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very concerned that I choose the best option. The price was very competitive with the 2 other companies that gave me an estimate, and I enjoyed talking with the owners. Costinel Sr and Costinel Jr are good people, and take great pride in their companies work. Their employees were always on time, cleaned up everyday , and appeared to really enjoy doing a great job! My roof was completed in less than 2 weeks , and looks fantastic. My neighbors roofer took pictures of my completed roof, and when I asked him why he did that he said “because it was an amazing job and I want my workers to do your neighbors house as well “! I was shocked, and happy to hear that! I guess I chose the right guys!! If you are looking for roofing estimates certainly give them a call.

From the initial phone call, they were incredibly responsive and professional. Costinel came out the very next day for an estimate, was courteous, and thoroughly explained the damage and the proposed repair plan. He answered all my questions patiently and didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. The quote I received was fair and competitive, and they were able to schedule the repair work quickly. The crew arrived on time, were respectful of my property, and worked efficiently throughout the day. They cleaned up the area thoroughly after the job was completed Pasat Roofing exceeded my expectations in every way. Their communication was excellent, their work was top-notch, and their pricing was honest. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing repairs. They've definitely earned my business for any future roofing needs!

In South Florida's High Velocity Hurricane Zone, your roof is not just a cosmetic feature of your home — it is the single most critical structural barrier between your family and the full force of a tropical storm or hurricane. An aging roof that fails a 4-point inspection, shows signs of widespread tile cracking, underlayment deterioration, or significant shingle wear is not just a maintenance problem. It is a liability that can result in your homeowner's insurance being cancelled, your home losing significant market value, and your family being exposed to catastrophic risk during a major storm event. Pasat Roofing & Solar installs complete roofing systems engineered specifically for South Florida's demanding climate. From full clay and concrete tile roof replacements to standing seam metal roof installations, architectural shingle systems, and commercial flat roof installations, every project we complete is fully permitted, HVHZ certified, and built with Miami-Dade approved materials rated for hurricane force winds. We are a proud partner of the My Safe Florida Home program, which may qualify your home for grant funding toward your roof replacement. We are also a GAF and Owens Corning preferred installer and offer flexible PACE financing and payment plans so that the cost of a new roof never stands between you and a safe, fully protected home.1 day ago
