I noticed the first issue near a rooftop unit during a routine inspection. Within weeks, several other areas started showing signs of roof failure. That prompted us to bring in Amado Roofing for a full assessment. They recommended a large-scale reroofing project covering the entire low-slope system. The crew removed the existing membrane, repaired the damaged substrate, and completed the roof with reinforced TPO. They also replaced the perimeter metal and carefully detailed every penetration. The project required coordination with our facilities staff, and the communication stayed straightforward throughout. Seeing the finished roof after years of patchwork was a major improvement.

One of the biggest concerns for us was keeping business operations running while the roof was being replaced. The building stays active throughout the day, so access and scheduling mattered just as much as the roofing work itself. Amado …

A section of our office building's roof had been repaired so many times that it started to look like a patchwork map. At some point, repairs stops being practical. Amado Roofing recommended a complete tear-off and replacement, and that turned out to be the right call. They took over the project and kept things moving across a fairly large low-slope roof with multiple penetrations and drain points. They installed a new PVC membrane, replaced deteriorated substrate, and reworked the flashing around the mechanical units. It’s rare to find commercial roofers in Gardena who can keep a technical project moving without turning communication into a mess. This one was well run from beginning to end.

Amado Roofing completed a large roof replacement using concrete tiles. The project included new battens, underlayment, and flashing around multiple chimneys. The results are clean and uniform, with each tile perfectly aligned. It’s a job built to last, and our premise is better.
