  Worst experience ever, this number will be calling dispatch, who is not aware of what’s happening because the communication between them and the technicians is nonexistent. They will take up the appointment they’ll schedule you, but the technician will never show up. Because the technician is not aware of what’s happening. Called to verify, was told they’ll call me back four times, a technician was not aware and never called back, I would never recommend this place. Be aware that this company is just a front, if you call a couple of other companies on your Google search you’ll probably end up with the same call center.

  This company does terrible work. Was sold en entire 50k roof underlayment replacement and my roof still leaks a year later.. Update: upon inspection the water is leaking through holes made by a nail gun. Roofer tells me it’s not quality work!!

  I chose Pacific Roofers from three estimates to replace my old tar and gravel low-slope roof with a standing seam metal roof. The price was very fair, and the whole roofing process was handled with care from start to finish. Brett was always on time, easy to reach, and made sure the crew completed the job the right way. Because the roof was in rough shape, there was also a lot of carpentry work needed. Several support beams, fascia boards, and sections of roof decking were replaced, which gave the structure a much stronger base before the new roof system was installed. I also had new rain gutters added, along with a screened porch area, and everything was completed professionally with strong workmanship and clean detail. The crew kept the job site organized, communicated clearly, and delivered high-quality results that fit well for a home in Pasadena. I felt confident throughout the project and would gladly use them again for future roofing repairs, installations, and exterior improvement work.

  We recently had our roof replaced and were very happy with the whole experience. Brett and the crew were very responsive, easy to work with, and kept us informed from start to finish. They had also done our gutters and gutter guards before, so we already knew their roofing work and exterior service would be high quality. The team was reliable, honest, and professional throughout the project. They handled the roof replacement with care, used quality materials, and made sure everything was done right. After the job was finished, the crew did an excellent cleanup and left the property looking neat and spotless. In Pasadena, it is important to have a strong roof that can handle heat and sun, and we feel confident in the results. We would not choose anyone else for roofing or gutter work and have already recommended them to others. They really are the best.

  great experience from start to finish. i was referred by someone who works on my windows and gutters to a roofing company for a roof inspection. i called, and brett replied quickly and set up an appointment for ian and his crew to check the condition of my roof. they gave me a quote the same day with three clear options, which made it easy to choose the right roofing work for my home. we scheduled the project at a time that worked well for me. the job started on time and finished on time, and the whole process felt smooth and well organized. the roofing crew was polite, professional, and careful around my home, lawn, and landscaping. they protected the property during the tear-off and installation work, cleaned up at the end of each day, and did a detailed final cleanup with a magnet sweep to pick up nails. they also shared street-view and aerial drone photos so i could clearly see the finished roof and the quality of the workmanship. the invoice was clear, accurate, and easy to understand, and payment was simple. they made the entire roofing process easy, from inspection and estimate to installation and final cleanup. i am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend them for roofing services.

  My wife and I needed a new roof for our weekend home in Pasadena after storm damage, and we wanted a contractor who knew composition shingles as well as other roofing systems. A neighbor recommended Brett after having roofing work done, so I gave him a call. He confirmed they handle shingle roofs and said he would be in the area to stop by and inspect everything. Not long after the inspection, Brett emailed us a clear quote. We accepted it, and the roofing crew scheduled the job quickly. We met Brett and his team at the property, and they completed the roof on the house and the boathouse the same day. The workmanship was solid, the shingles look great, and the whole project was handled in a professional way. They did exactly what they said they would do, right when they said they would do it. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and Brett was always easy to reach when I called with questions. It is not easy to find a reliable roofing contractor these days, so I am glad to share our experience. The new roof looks terrific, and I would highly recommend them for roofing work.

  I’m honestly surprised there aren’t more reviews for Pacific Roofers. People usually stay quiet when a roofing job goes well and only speak up when something goes wrong, but this crew really deserves the praise. They responded quickly when our two large skylights were damaged and came out right away to get everything protected from further leaks and weather exposure. Brett worked closely with us and our insurance company through each step of the roof replacement, along with the arbor and skylight work. Communication was clear, the process was smooth, and they made a stressful roofing issue much easier to handle. Because they acted fast and stayed on top of materials and scheduling, we were one of the first in our neighborhood to have the new roof installed before roofing shingle supplies became harder to find. Several of our neighbors ended up choosing them too after seeing how responsive and efficient the service was compared with other roofing contractors who were much slower to follow up. Overall, the workmanship, timing, and customer care were excellent, and we were very happy with the entire roofing experience.
