  Had a brand new roof put on. I'm still getting water coming in over my gas and furnace. They also left about a 6 inch hole I can see daylight through. I picked up all their trash they left behind. And now they magically won't answer I have before and after pictures. I guess I'll have to go to court house tomm and file a civil suit. I paid for a job. I want it done correctly. If your ctew messed up I'm sorry. even you yourself, the owner, said that should of been replaced then turned into a used car salesmen of why it'll be OK. It's not I've had 2 other roofers look at it and say they didn't follow codes on flashing, and a few other and to fix the hole. Im sorry but im very disappointed in the work, communication(none)And to not even respond to a text,email,voicemail. I left messages at all multiple times. Would not recommend at all. We have several more rentals that need new roofs, already decided don't even want a bid from this"company"

  Chase, After coming out recently to look at the concerns you mentioned. We determined water is coming into the house from a rusted HVAC Pipe. As a courtesy we applied some temporary sealant. Ultimately you will need to contact a HVAC company to replace the pipe for your furnace. We also inspected the attic and there is no 6” hole with daylight coming through. There are roof vents that allow the attic heat to escape and although they are weather tight it is very common for daylight to pass through them. We showed this to your Father, our customer who we had this roofing project contract with and a man we have a lot of respect for, he was satisfied with our inspection and in agreement with us. We haven’t received any communication from him concerning these things you are mentioning. If he does have concerns please have him reach out to us and so we can discuss. Thanks

  I found this company on Google and reached out to them regarding replacement a downspout on my building. Quick to answer the call and told me that he would be out that week to take a look and provide a cost to do the job. Gave him my contact information and waited. Been a couple of months and never heard back. Too small of a job, I assume.

  We had roof damage from a wind storm and Will came out quickly and made temporary repairs. They were incredibly easy to work with and worked with the not so easy insurance company too. I really appreciate how quickly they were able to install a new roof and how well they worked with me on getting payment from insurance company. new shingles look great!

  I discovered some water damage on my roof, to the point where I was leaking through to a window. I was able to get in contact with Paramount and they were able to quickly send workers to my house. The workers were very friendly and professional, and their work was excellent.

  I had wanted to put a metal roof on my log cabin for a long time. The shingled roof was hail damaged recently and the time was right. I am so glad that I called Paramount Roofing and talked to Will Palmer. He was very helpful with my insurance claim and his guys installed my beautiful new metal roof.
