  We hired Pegasus Roofing and Construction to replace the flashing on our house due to a leak that was occurring in one area. It was immediately apparent that it was not properly installed and when we brought it to their attention, the salesman, Bevan Cloete, came back out and spent an evening "fixing" what they had done. The first storm after, we experienced a NEW water leak in a different part of our house with the water damage extending down from our attic to our basement. When we asked them to fix this, the person they sent tried to argue that in the attic there was rust on the nails from the roof indicating a prior leak and that they were not responsible for any damage. However, after he inspected their work on the exterior, he ended up staying for more than an hour making repairs and no additional water has entered from the flashing sites. However, we are now stuck with having to repair and repaint 3 rooms (top floor, main floor, and basement) that experienced water damage. Company made no acknowledgement about this damage nor offered to pay costs of repair. Would absolutely NOT recommend them for this type of repair.

  Beware of this business. I had a roof replaced a little over a year ago and I recently noticed a crack down my wall from my ceiling with a piece of the wall falling off at the top suggesting possible water damage. I have been trying to get someone from this company to inspect this for over a month now with nothing but excuse after excuse of why they can’t come. I have a 10 year craftsmanship warranty with them and they claim to have integrity and make things right but they clearly have not made their customers a priority since they have not addressed it at all. Very disappointing after paying a lot of money for my roof and trusting them to follow through with their warranty promise.

  Angela, we are sorry you feel we are not meeting your expectations on your brothers project; however, it has only been 4 weeks since we signed a contract with your brother on his home and due to the major storm around the area and especially in Richmond, KY siding materials are very hard to get in most circumstances and we are simply trying our best to get the materials to finish your project as we discussed. As we discussed with you yesterday, we can’t give you a definite installation date on the siding portion because we have not been given an absolute material delivery date yet. As we discussed with your brother, we did not contract any work for his needed garage door repairs because that is outside of our specialty, and we were very clear on that aspect with your brother and with you on the phone yesterday. We also apologize our gutter crew were not able to make it to his home yesterday, due to the rain this week, the schedule changed, and we did fail to notify you in a timely manner, and we are sorry; however, we did communicate with you yesterday when the gutters would be installed which is 3 business days past your originally scheduled install date. Concerning the vehicle situation, we feel there was a break in communication between you and your brother because he communicated to us there was no damage to his vehicle. We did communicate to the crew lead to get you his insurance information and since we didn’t hear back from your brother and with him stating there was no damage, we thought this situation was handled. When you called us yesterday and notified us this was not the case, we immediately escalated the situation with our crew and assured you this would be taken care of.

  They were Awesome to work with! They worked from 6:30 am to 7:30 pm to get it done in one day:). They cleaned up everything! We couldn't be happier with our new "Gingerbread Roof"! It was an awesome experience from start to finish!

  After a tree fell on my roof in the wind storms, Pegasus roofing gave me a very fair price for the repair and did a great job of replacing the front slope of my roof. They were diligent in making sure the new roof matched the rest of the house. I am very happy with their services and would gladly use them in the future!

  From the start, Adam was very friendly and knowledgeable. He and his colleagues Zachary, Chris and Keith were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. The new roof looks outstanding and the crew completed the job in just one day including a complete clean up! The temperature that day was ninety eight degrees but the crew just kept working until the job was completed. Excellent work! I strongly recommend Pegasus Constuction for your roof replacement.
