  Danielle, It has come to our attention after doing some research on this situation and talking to Care Housing, who hired Paramount to re-roof your complex, that your blow up was not damaged at all and that you didn't even attempt to blow it up before posting this review of our company, our crews did not leave any equipment on your blow up overnight as stated in fact they were very careful considering that they were up when we were roofing your portion of the building. We take pride in clean up and making sure it was like we were never there, and in this case your decorations were as if your portion of the roof was not roofed, no nails, no debris, nothing. You are more than welcome to reach out to Care Housing again but this review is all false and not accurate at all.

  Amazing crew! We had Paramount do "refurbish" of our tile roof to replace degrading underlayment and replace broken tiles. While it did take over a week because of the arctic blast, they braved the wind (remember that day a week or so ago that had gusts up to 40 mph? They were up there!). They showed up early every day, were very nice and left everything impeccable, even ensuring all nails were removed from neighboring yards. Highly recommend!

  I rarely give reviews on company websites, unless it deserves to be said. I have never had a more stress free experience with a contractor before. Bob DuBois and his team provided quality work, the best service and attention to every little detail and outstanding coordination with the insurance company. I could not have asked for more.

  My experience with PRG was outstanding. I searched many installers prior to finding PRG, some didn't even return my call and others did come out but spent hours trying to upsell me rather than listening to my needs and budget limits. I met with the owner Ralph, who came out personally and was friendly and professional and listened to my needs. The same day he drew up a scope of work contract that broke down all the options we discussed and gave me the ability to pick and choose what work I wanted done and the associated prices for each, including the ability to chop-and-drop the gutters if I wanted to do the work myself. He never pressured me into anything or tried to persuade me one way or another. Couldn't be more impressed with his organization, responsiveness and professionalism. The installers were also friendly, professional, and efficient. Can't recommend PRG highly enough!

  PRG has been amazing! They replaced my roof and gutters and have inspected and serviced many of my clients homes as well. Bob Dubois is a true professional. His crews are amazing as well. Timely, professional and top notch work! I would recommend PRG all day long.

  PRG has been an excellent choice for our roofing needs for my family personally as well as business needs in Real Estate (I'm a local agent and refer them out exclusively for inspections, quotes, repairs, etc.). They are 100% truthful, on time, great customer service, and good quality/care provided to my clients. Personally, they have done an outstanding job on my new construction house with correcting problems from a previous roofer that as clearly subpar in their business ethics and work. They will be placing a new roof on my house here shortly and I plan to even further update this post with excellent and rave reviews on their quality and care given to my family. I recommend them to anyone if you want quality and professional work!
