Called and asked if I could talk to a sales or project manager and without asking me any questions they hung up on me

Thank you for your feedback. We believe there may have been some misunderstanding, as this was not a customer interaction but rather a sales call in which we were contacted regarding advertising services. We always strive to treat every caller and customer with professionalism and respect, and in this case, we simply declined the offer politely.

I was having my house painted and they noticed a soft spot of my flat porch roof. I immediately called Paradise Roofing. They came out that afternoon and looked at it. It seems when my solar panels were put on by EHS they didn't seal things. I needed a new roof, decking, and supports. They came back out and completed the job in a timely fashion. Everyone was very kind. They did a great clean up after as well. A final inspection was done and photos shown to me. The quality of the work is only surpassed by the knowledge of this company. I will always call Paradise Roofing for any future needs and always recommend them. Thank you very much!
