  I had attic 2 fans installed last May and one of them stopped working properly. Rebecca and Billy came and went up in the attic to check power and pair the fan to Bluetooth again and checked functioning of both fans. Now both fans are working perfectly. Thanks for great follow up and customer service.

  Professional, efficient, FAST to response and complete the project. 3000 sq ft roof replacement with additional repairs required completed 100% in 2 days. This was a warranty repair for defective shingles that manufacturer acknowledged. JBC clearly explained the warranty processing and JBC responsibilities from start to finish. HIGHLY recommended, very satisfied.

  I got a reroofing job done with them. They reroofed my home in and did an outstanding job. They even did a reinspection to insure that my home leak was not roof related. I gave a small business a chance and found a gem. I highly recommend them.

  After calling a few roofers to request estimates for a reroof, one of the companies I called was Johnson Building Group. I spoke with Rebecca, the office manager. She was the only person out of 4 people that I had spoken with from other companies that explained the process of a reroof to me. After meeting a few salespeople from other companies, I finally met Mr. Scott Johnson, owner of JBG. He assessed my roof, explained the process, and didn't try to up sell some special 50-year guaranteed shingles. He wrote down the estimate on a piece of paper and told me I would receive it in more detail via email. I received the email that same day, and it was for the same amount he quoted. I asked for insurance and license information, which Rebecca immediately emailed. As I was speaking with an acquaintance, I showed her JBG's business card. She immediately told me that some time ago she needed a tile roof. She explained the situation and goes on to say that Mr. Scott was a man of integrity, does quality work, and was very well versed in her neighborhood. I thought, wow, how awesome is that! I emailed Rebecca to accept the proposal. She responded promptly with a commencement date. In less than a week, the supplies were being delivered, and the crew arrived. The crew was careful and respectful of the property. There was even a younger guy who moved my hammock to make sure no debris would fall on it. When the roof was finished, he put it back in its place. Thank you, young man! The roof was done in one day and passed inspection. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Scott Johnson with Johnson Building Group. They are the real deal. Honest, reasonable, quality work, and great communication.
