An inspector came out, inspected my roof and never heard back from them again. Zero feedback. Reached out via text and calls 5 times asking for their results. They answered a few times and still no info on the inspection. This was right after the hurricane so over a month ago. My guess the job was maybe too small for them, but at least they could communicate this.

Very impressive teamwork and coordination from the installation crew. They replaced bad roof decking, replaced the deteriorated fiberboard-like fascia with wood, applied peel and stick backing, and installed the shingles like clockwork. I am very pleased with the results.
