  My expectations were not fulfilled by Panther Roofing, Siding & Windows Long Island. They did not complete the project on schedule, and they did not respond to my concerns. Their work was of poor quality, and I had to pay more to correct their errors.

  My encounter with Panther Roofing, Siding & Windows Long Island was dreadful. Despite numerous follow-ups, the job was subpar and they failed to address a number of problems. I'm sorry I went with them for my roofing job.

  Had representatives come to my house to solicit two days in a row and leave materials. I told the second guy I wasn't interested and he still stuffed his paper in-between my mailbox.

  Looks nice but what a hassle. Corner cutting to save themselves money instead of being upfront. Update... I've wasted plenty of my time going back and forth with Glen. I will not call the office for the millionth and one time.

  Would NOT recommend! They did an absolutely horrible job! When contacted instead of coming out to inspect the job the owner lied about the distance of the rafters!

  Very disrespectful person rather then give me the estimate he ask me is your wife home , who take the decision, what is your wife name, when she will home his name is Jamey, I will go to the police and complain about this company , what are they doing change roof or getting info who live here what are they doing etc

  Mr. Mohammad, we originally had an appointment scheduled with you and your wife. When our rep arrived at the house he asked for you both and you responded in an extremely inappropriate and vulgar manner. You compared women to "dirt",. hence the reason you did not think your wife should be a part of the conversation. Our company does not tolerate this behavior and treatment of anyone of our employees and it does not tolerate that treatment of women. We will not do business with someone who speaks this way.

  Window replacement (8) and roof replacement in 2014 ,roof leaks everytime I call about lifetime warranty on the roof that's leaking they try to sell me a gutter installed and a replacement on a section of my roof that they did not work on previously, they do not care about honoring their warranty

  Mr. Stephens, you contacted our office complaining about a leak which was coming in from the area under the flat roof (WHICH WE DID NOT INSTALL) As a courtesy, we sent our service crew to you, free Of charge, and noticed the following issues: - The flat roof is peeling and the wood underneath is rotted (see photos), - There are no gutters on the house - Portions of the brickwork on the home are deteriorating We took photos and explained this to you. Our recommendation was to at least have gutters installed. We firmly stand by our products and workmanship. As discussed with you previously, we are confident that this is not an issue that is the fault of our company. If you have any questions or would like to request additinal photos, Please feel free to contact our office at 516-679-6620. Thank you

  I can’t say enough good things about Dennis and the entire team at Panther Roofing. From beginning to end, they were professional, reliable, and did an incredible job on our roof. Dennis and his crew were never pushy and gave us a great price without sacrificing the quality of the work. Their workmanship is flawless, and you can tell they genuinely take pride in doing the job properly. The crew cleaned up after themselves every single day and even stayed late to make sure the roof was completed properly. A special thank you to Jerry, who helped coordinate the installation. She was extremely patient, understanding, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Communication was great, and we always felt like we were being taken care of. The quality of the work, professionalism of the crew, pricing, and warranty were all excellent. It’s refreshing to work with a company that delivers exactly what they promise without the high-pressure sales tactics. We were so impressed that we already plan on using Panther Roofing for our windows next year. Thank you again to Dennis, Jerry, and the entire Panther team. You guys did an amazing job, and I would absolutely recommend you to anyone looking for quality work and a company they can trust!

  I hate contractors, but I enjoyed working with Glen and his team at Panther. I’m in the construction field and have a general working knowledge of all the trades with expectations of craftsmanship standards. We did a full window and siding replacement along with an added bathroom and enclosed 3 seasons room. I’ve had some crappy experiences with other contractors, from poor communication, poor craftsmanship, not adhering to code and leaving a mess. For the most part there were non of these issues working with Panther. When there was a problem Glen and his project manager were professional in addressing them. I couldn’t speak higher about the window team lead by Freddy. His crew treated my home with respect, protecting my rooms as much as possible from construction dust and made sure they cleaned up the work areas. There installation method was up to my standards and Freddy listened to my ideas about trimming the window and executed above my expectations. Gus and the siding team also did fantastic work and was open to my suggestions and worked with me on trim box placements for future projects. I have since used Glen and Panther at my parents home and recommended them to whoever is looking for windows and siding.

  We recently had new roof, windows, and siding installed on our house by Panther. They are a great company to work with from start to finish. Dennis came to give us the information and quote and he was very down to earth with a great personality. No high pressure sales pitch which was appreciated. He follows up with everything and even comes to the house to see the progress. We also liked that it’s a family business so there is a lot of pride in making sure the job is done well. The 3 crews who came were great to work with also. The 2 Oscars for the roof crew, Freddy and the windows/doors crew, and Nick and his siding crew did such a beautiful job! They take pride in their work and completed it all in a timely manner. It only took one day for the roof and 2 days each for the windows and siding. Even the little details are great—the covers around the vents and outdoor electrical, putting up new outdoor lights, and placement of house numbers. Professional, respectful, and cleaned up every day. Would not hesitate to recommend Panther for a wonderful experience and a beautiful new house! Thank you to all!

  I needed my roof replaced and was expecting the process to be long and difficult. I was fortunate to have Dennis come to my home and quote me a very reasonable price for my roof and my gutters! After a couple weeks wait, the team came to my home and had the work done within a day and a half! The quality of the work was excellent and now my family and I can enjoy rainy days without worrying about the roof.

  I met with Panther for a replacement of front facing outside wall. Panther came in and expertly replaced the masonry quickly and efficiently. 3 days later the house is lookong great again. Additionally they corrected the improper vinyl siding installation on the right side of the house. Perfect relationship between customer and business. I would highly recommend using Panther for your construction needs.

  Panther just completed putting a roof on my house, and my wife and I could not be more satisfied. Jimmy is very knowledgeable and explained every step of the process in advance. Both Oscar and Ronnie (supervisors) played key roles in getting things done. Finally, the Panther work crew was neat, hard-working, and masters of their craft. We got a great result at a great price.   Panther Construction gets AAA Rating We had windows & doors, siding, gutters soffits w cool lights installed. Once started they finished in one week. Started w/ Jimmy who was there every step of the way, Freddie and Crew on Windows & Doors. Nick and his Crew siding gutters, etc. Edgar on the inside Finishing Cesar took on the Electric. All Very Professional and meticulous all Panther employees no subs. Started on time everyday cleaned up at end. Our House Looks Amazing worth every Penny. Thank You.

  Panther did a full home renovation, going down to the studs for a completely new first floor and adding a new bathroom to the second floor. Jim was our guy and from the beginning he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained exactly what would be happening, what was being done, time frame etc. Any time we had a question he was there to take our call or answer our text quickly no matter what it was. Kate was also a huge help in assisting us in picking all the hardware from our kitchen cabinets to the door handles. We were extremely proud of the work Panther did and would definitely recommend for anyone looking to do work on their home. We will go to them again for any work we would do in the future. Thank you Panther for helping us build our dream home! We love it!

  I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the job panther did on the front of my house. From the gorgeous expansive driveway, to the raised flowerbeds with hard-wired lighting to the fantastic front porch, the vinyl and ledgestone siding with the under eaves lighting to the side stoop with hard-wired lighting everything was phenomenal and smooth as silk. I had a very specific vision in mind, and Glenn helped make it even better! He worked with me on realizing my vision, even hand drawing a sketch with measurements and details for my final approval. Everything went like clockwork, and the project was completed even before the expected deadline of July 4th! The very large and labor-intensive project took only 3 weeks from start to finish! And neighbors keep passing by giving me tons of compliments. Some even came by daily, complimenting each piece of the project as it was completed! Panther was extremely professional, delivered exactly what they promised , was priced fairly, and most importantly timely and efficient. The cleaned up afterwards, and even washed my outside windows! Would use them again in a heartbeat.
