I was not 100% satisfied with the new roof that was installed on my home. Did not capture me as a roof that was brand new. Also at the rear of the house the shingles kind of sway to the right slightly. When I called to express my concerns, the owner’s response came off as defensive rather than critical or professional .

Nassau Roofers exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Their team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, reliability, and craftsmanship throughout the entire project. From the initial consultation, they provided expert guidance on selecting roofing colors that perfectly complemented our home, making what could have been a difficult decision much easier. What truly set Nassau Roofers apart was their commitment to delivering on every promise. They arrived exactly when scheduled, maintained clear communication throughout the process, and completed the work within the timeframe they originally provided. In an industry where delays and missed commitments can be common, it was refreshing to work with a company that consistently followed through on its word. The quality of their workmanship, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident every step of the way. It is increasingly rare to find a business that combines outstanding service, professionalism, and integrity so seamlessly. We are extremely pleased with the results and would not hesitate to recommend Nassau Roofers to anyone looking for a trustworthy, dependable, and highly skilled roofing contractor. Their commitment to excellence makes them a company you can truly count on.

Nassau Roofers was fantastic to work with. Megan in the office answered our millions (literally!) of questions over many months and rescheduled our install date without batting an eye after issues with our solar panel removal. The roofing crew was terrific--they did excellent work and the clean-up job was amazing. It's like they were never there. We would highly recommend Nassau Roofers.

Just a wonderful company to work with. So grateful that I had my roof replacement done with Nassau roofers. Megan is very professional, communicative, efficient, punctual and trustworthy. On the day of the job, the foreman Nelson is professional, responsive and easy to work with. Spencer and Brian are the field managers are there in person to address concerns and questions. Everyone had a role in the company doing an awesome job. When it comes to roofing and gutter needs. Nassau roofers will provide you a peace of mind and address all of your concerns and needs.

Nassau Roofers were absolutely amazing to work with. (before I redid my roof)I had a tiny roof leak that several other companies told me they dont fix, but Nassau Roofers were the only ones willing to patch it and give a warrantee . They came promptly, quickly identified the issue, and repaired it efficiently with great care and professionalism. Very fair price with a warranty.
