  Made an appointment for a home estimate. They were absolutely insistent that me and my wife both be there and be available for 90 min or they would not come. So we moved our entire schedule around. No one showed up and when I called they said someone must have inadvertently cancelled our appointment, no communication nothing. Absolutely terrible customer service!

  Just had my roof done by home genius very professional from start to finish. The project manager Zach was very good and polite by explaining everything and telling me the process of the job would recommend to anybody. 5 star overall

  The Gutters were done with perfection David the sales person was knowledgeable of the job to be done he was courteous and easy to discuss the matter at hand finance was a plus Zach came to close out the job he was also pleasant.

  We just had a roof done by home genius exteriors. We started with Justine at our door setting up an appointment for someone to tell us about the process. The next day Dan came and explained how the company works. He even crawled around our attic to show us the damage. Within 2 days our roof was in the process of being installed. Zach the project manager stopped by 3 times during that day to see how the work was being done. What a professional company. Everyone that we spoke to or met was very professional and friendly,. I would highly recommend this company for installing a roof.

  They were so fast and professional. Our roof was done in record time. We had to have another company take off and reinstall the solar panels. Home Genius waited patiently to get paid until after the solar system was reinstalled on our roof to make sure the job was done correctly. A worthwhile experience.

  Home Genius Exteriors did a remarkable job on our house. Every last detail was taken care of and the job could not have come out any better. Every single item we discussed at contract was taken care of, crew were a bunch of true professionals and we could not be happier that we chose them as our contractor!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!

  Everyone involved in the project was friendly, happy and smiling all throughout the day. They delivered what they had promised, the roof looks great! The cleanup was phenomenal! The project manager, Zach answered any and all questions that were asked by myself, the homeowner. The lifetime warranty adds peace of mind.

  I have never worked with a company that is as professional as Home Genius. They spent an enormous amount of time explaining the project and making me feel extremely comfortable and confident about how wonderful my new roof will be. The workers were polite, hard working and meticulous and the project managers were so involved. They made sure that I was happy with the results and I am. The roof is made with quality materials that I know will last for so many many years to come. Thank you Home Genius Exteriors

  Just had Home Genius put a new roof and gutters on my house. I knew for a few years that it needed to be done but after calling a few companies i just couldnt commit to any. When home genius came to my house the salesman danny sat with me for over 3 hours not only going over the details of the job but also showed me samples of the materials they use and fully explained why they were using it. I almost felt like i was a roofing professional with all the info he gave me. A few days later the project manager Zach was here with the crew. Zach reiterated a lot of the details danny had given me and kept me informed throughout the entire job. He provided me with progress photos and had me walk around the house with him during the job and once they were finished to guarantee my satisfaction. I was surprised at how quick the crew got the job done and how clean they kept my yard. I am very happy with the overall process of my job and would recommend anyone to give home genius a call. 5 stars -Nick

  The process from start to finish was without stress. All employees were knowledgeable, and helpful. It was a pleasure to work with Breanna, Anthony and Zach. The entire team delivered on what was promised. The team worked fast and very efficiently and were respectful of my property.
