When I could not find anyone to come and help us with our leak amidst terrible storms, John came in the middle of other jobs while it was raining. His team then followed up at the end of the day after another project to get the repair done …

We have used Palo Alto Roofing for a number of years, including storm repairs and full installation/replacements for our house. Their most recent work was a full replacement of the ancient roof on our detached garage. They came by the same day of my call to inspect the problem and within a week or so started work on the full replacement. They did excellent, speedy work, even though it was difficult for them to get their truck close to the job site (because of a very narrow driveway). They finished by doing a completely immaculate job of cleanup. Although we now have roofs that will last us for years, if disaster strikes we will be calling Palo Alto Roofing again. Highly recommended.

My experience with Palo Alto Roofing was just excellent. They were professional, timely, communicated well, were flexible to my needs, and did a fine, fine job of installing my new roof.
