  The receptionist at this company is extremely rude. I would not consider doing business with the way this receptionist was speaking. SHe also hung up the phone on me while I was still talking. Horrible customer service and attitude.

  Im a roofing professional. This company goes cheap and not to code... torch to wood, which is absolutely unacceptable. Unfortunately, in Nanaimo... there isnt much else.

  Between the guys blasting their music before 8am, taunting me when I come outside for a smoke, and general unprofessionalism, I'm super unimpressed with the quality of the staff working on my apartment complex.

  We replaced our roof with metal. I am very impressed with the job, and the professionalism. They even did a great job on cleaning up afterwards. Crew were very friendly to deal with, and kept us updated on progress. I did understand that they were short staffed,so it took a little longer, but it was worth it. I would recommend them to anyone. It’s worth the wait.

  Erickson completed a roof replacement last year which Yanick helped us with which went really well and was under budget (looks like I forgot to do a review). BUT this year, I had a question about it and they sent a really nice and knowledgeable tradesman named Dylan and he went above and beyond and found problems completely unrelated to the roof which really saves us a lot. A roof is a large investment with a risk of damage if not done well and I am very glad that we went with Erickson, and would recommend them to anyone else. Thank you Dylan!!!

  Top notch service at every point .. called with a leak on a flat roof first thing in the morning - Greg was there in an hour… patched the issue and found and fixed 2 more potential problem spots. All finished by lunch !! Many thanks

  Very happy with the recent work done by Erickson Roofing as we had been waiting for 9 months for another contractor to start the job. Yanick was aware of our situation and did everything possible to fit us in and complete the work in a timely manner. The work done by the roofing crew was excellent. They were efficient, worked with attention to detail, and did a great clean-up job. Right from the start I found Yanick to be professional and trustworthy. He answered all of our questions, was clear as to what needed to be done, and the job was completed exactly as he outlined. Based on my experience I would highly recommend Erickson Roofing.

  We contacted 3 companies to quote on a new roof for our house in Lantzville. Yanick from Erickson came over a couple of days later at the agreed time, and that same day we received a quote that was very competitive. We were so lucky that a crew became available and within the week, Murray and Dakota were installing the roof. They were experienced, knowledgeable, respectful, friendly, and communicated with me throughout the installation. Clean up was thorough and Yanick came out to make sure we were happy with the roof. The roof looks excellent and comes with a 10 year guarantee from Erickson., a company that has been and will be around for longer than that. No unexpected charges, no drama, great roof. We highly recommend Erickson
