  Whoever answers the phones needs training in customer service. Response: why would I ask you if my house has any leaks? I know you haven’t been to my house…. I told you that we have cracked tiles and I asked if your company could come give an assessment of our roof condition as it is 20+ years old. You were rude, impatient and said, “I can’t tell you if you have leaks or not.” Thanks, but we will take our business elsewhere!

  We had a leak in the midst of many days of rain. Marc came out immediately to evaluate, got us a quote the same day, was very reasonably priced (we got multiple quotes), and was able to get us in on the very first non-rain day and completed the work. We are so grateful - they were very responsive and easy to work with. Definitely recommend!
