I recently had my roofing work completed and I’m extremely pleased with the results. The price was fair, and Ayden was very helpful and patient while guiding me through the shingle and color choices. He even went the extra mile to provide sample boards and helped me through the permitting process, which made everything much easier. The roofing crew was professional, courteous, and clearly experienced. The workmanship was high quality, they kept the job site clean, and they completed the project in one day just as promised. I had also used them before for a flat roof section replacement and new gutter installation, and that work has held up very well with no issues. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the roofing service, the communication, and the quality of the installation. It’s clear they take pride in their roof work, gutter work, and cleanup, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing reliable roofing services.

We’re very thankful to Miguel and his crew for coming out and fixing the roof and chimney leak that was getting into our home. A previous repair done before we bought the house looked fine on the surface, but the real source of the leak had …

Roger and his crew did excellent work on our commercial roofing project, replacing the roofs on six buildings and making solid repairs on several others. They gave us the most detailed free roof inspection report out of all the roofing contractors who bid the job, and it really helped us understand the scope of work. The project was completed on schedule, the workmanship matched what was promised, and they shared plenty of progress photos along the way so we could track each phase. When the roofing work was finished, the property was left very clean, with no loose nails, shingles, or debris on the ground. They also stayed professional and easy to work with while coordinating around another contractor onsite at the same time, which helped the whole project move smoothly. In Irvine, it is important to have a roofing crew that communicates well, keeps the jobsite safe, and delivers dependable commercial roof work, and they did all of that. We would definitely hire them again for future roofing needs.

saved the day with our roof. our general contractor had hired a cheap roofer, and after that we ended up with two serious leaks during warm weather and heavy rain. each time, the roofing crew showed up fast, found the source of the problem, explained the repair in simple terms, and fixed the damaged shingles and flashing the right way. the repairs held up well and there have been no more leaks. More recently, a big tree limb came down on the roof and caused visible damage. miguel, a real pro, came out and handled the repair the same day. he replaced the damaged roofing materials, checked the surrounding area, and made sure the roof was sealed up properly. It now looks like the damage never even happened. Life is too short to deal with poor roofing work. if you need dependable roof repair, leak service, or storm damage help, this roofing team does solid work and stands behind it. You ll be glad you called.

Courtney Inc. did an excellent job on our roofing repair. We had a small roof leak caused by damage around the vent boots, and the crew replaced all of the worn vent boots and also installed new ridge shingles where the old ones were damaged. They only suggested the roofing work that was truly needed, which we really appreciated. They did not ask for any upfront payment, arrived on time, and handled the repair in a professional way. After the job, Roger used a drone to take clear roof photos so we could see the completed work and the condition of the repaired areas. The crew also did a thorough cleanup and removed nails and debris from around the property so everything was safe and neat. The price was very fair for the quality of the roofing service, materials, and attention to detail. It was obvious the cost was reasonable, and we felt confident moving forward without needing to shop around. We highly recommend this roofer for anyone needing roof leak repair, shingle replacement, vent boot work, or general roofing service for a home, rental property, or commercial building.

I wish I could give even more stars! I can’t believe how helpful, responsive, and quick Theodore and Roger were with our roofing job. They really showed they care about delivering top-notch work. They went above and beyond helping us with the insurance paperwork, which was really stressful for us, and gave us all the info we needed to make the right choices. When we were ready, they managed to fit us in just a couple days after we had a chimney column taken down that left a big hole in our ceiling. They finished the new roof in just one day, right before a couple days of heavy rain. The roof looks fantastic, everything is dry inside, and Theodore and Roger were both friendly, professional, and understanding. Even though our situation was a little unusual, they handled everything perfectly!

We had our roof replaced in Irvine, along with new soffits and gutters with gutter guards. The pricing was fair compared to other quotes we received. While the team got a little busy and started the job about four weeks after we signed the agreement, once work began, everything moved quickly. The crew finished our roof in just one day, and it looks fantastic. During the project, there was a small oversight with the gable vents in our attic. They were supposed to cover them from inside, but it was missed at first. After we let them know, Roger came back out and took care of it without any hassle. The soffit installation was done in about half a day and looked great. The gutter replacement was scheduled soon after, but the original gutters got damaged on the way. The team quickly arranged a new date, and within half a day, new gutters were up and working perfectly. Communication was smooth overall, and Roger made sure we were updated on each step. The whole process was stress-free, and our home looks great with the new roof and gutters. I’m really happy with the quality of work and service from this roofing company in Irvine.

overall excellent service! i had some shingles blown off my roof during a summer rainstorm. roger got back to me quickly and set up an appointment for the very next day. he was very professional, friendly, and really took his time to check out my roof. roger took pictures so i could see exactly what was going on, and he answered all of my questions in detail. he also gave me brochures that explained the step by step roofing repair process. after the work was done, he showed me photos of the finished roof, including the front mansard and trim. roger and his crew made sure to clean up all the debris and left my yard spotless. i highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing help.
