  Got a quote and scheduled the needed repairs. Also got the confirmation email. one week prior called to see if everything is in order. After more than 15 phone calls text messages and emails, was told that someone made a mistake & didn't put me in the schedule & that they are busy and don't know when they can come for repairs.

  Our experience with our roof replacement from Horizon Roofing has been a nightmare for us. Frank, the owner, gained our trust initially, but now we regret hiring him. It took Frank over 90 days from the time he completed our roof to provide us all the necessary lien releases for the job, including a 50% progress payment we had voluntarily made, and to finally show up for a scheduled appointment to address workmanship issues. During this period, we still owed Frank for the remaining 50% of the contract, and there were times when we wondered if something happened to Frank, and he was unable to conduct business, or if he thought it was a hassle to provide the lien releases and address the workmanship issues and decided to walk away and leave the contract hanging. Frank was finally able to show up at our house to address the workmanship issues, but he refused to take responsibility for anything and everything and addressed each issue by unleashing a series of insults directed towards me and about our house. His language and behavior were concerning, and my wife is not comfortable having Frank at the house. Frank also told us that he is refusing to provide the lien releases because he is mad. Frank has now become a nightmare for us because we were not going to make another payment without the lien releases he refused to provide. Three days later Frank sends a lien release that was worth something, but it wasn’t what we agreed to, and the amount was wrong. Four days after that he sent us a notice stating he had filed a mechanics lien on our house. An attorney told us Frank had filed an invalid lien, and he needs to remove it. Frank’s behavior and business conduct scare us, so we decided to pay him the balance and file a complaint with the Contractors State License Board over his workmanship issues. We had the roof replaced on our last house by a different roofer, and we had zero problems or additional expenses to correct problems. We wish we had hired a different roofer f

  This company did a great job inspecting and fixing any problems on my roof. This is the second year I have used them and will continue to have them inspect my roof at least once a year. With more rain forecasted for our area this fall and winter, I want to be ready. They communicated every step of the way even showing before and after photos. Highly recommend them!!

  If you're looking for a roofing contractor in Orange County, I highly recommend Horizon Roofing. Frank Garcia and his crew recently replaced the roof on my home in Costa Mesa, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I chose Horizon Roofing because they have been in business for many years, are licensed, bonded, and insured, had consistently excellent reviews, provided a clear written contract, offered a fair price, and were very responsive to all of my questions before the project began. The crew arrived on time every day, completed the project in five days, and treated my property with respect. They cleaned up thoroughly each day and even used magnetic rollers to make sure nails were picked up from the yard and driveway. The workmanship was outstanding. They installed a complete roofing system, including GAF Timberline HDZ RS California Cool shingles, new underlayment, flashing, drip edge, starter shingles, ridge cap, three roof vents, and an attic fan. During the project I requested the attic fan as a change order, and Frank handled it quickly with very fair pricing. I especially appreciated that when Frank noticed one portion of the work wasn't up to his standards, he immediately corrected it. That level of quality control gave me a lot of confidence in the finished product. The new roof looks beautiful and extremely well installed. The attic is noticeably cooler, the house stays cooler overall, we've needed the air conditioner less, and the attic fan is remarkably quiet. Horizon Roofing also handled all permits and inspections, finished on schedule, and honored the original contract pricing without trying to inflate costs. I would absolutely hire Horizon Roofing again and would not hesitate to recommend Frank Garcia and his team to friends, family, and neighbors.

  Had a leak that multiple roofers looked at, but were unable to repair. Reached out to Frank at Horizon, who came out, diagnosed the problem immediately, quoted a reasonable price, and scheduled the repair. Walked me thru the specific actions he needed to take to fix it. The fix was quick and neat within the timeframe he stated. The quality of the fix was tested during heavy rains this last winter. Not a drop got thru. If you want a timely, reasonably priced, quality fix to your roof, contact Frank at Horizon. Absolutely satisfied and happy customer!

  We had Horizon Roofing repair cracked ceramic roof tiles on our Lake Forest home and take pictures of fixed tiles to make our home insurance inspectors happy. Horizon Roofing are nice folks and their work was above and beyond my expectations! I can highly recommend.

  I chose Horizon Roofing over other highly rated competitors solely because Frank explained why flat roofs typically fail at around ten years old. He explained that the perimeter where the drip edge flashing is needs to be installed and prepped in a manner that allows for expansion and contraction between itself and the subsequent roofing layers that are applied. Although only time will tell, it gives me piece of mind that I should expect perhaps a few more years of service from this professionally installed roof. The job site was left in a neat and clean condition. Dave S.

  Made a call to Horizon Roofing finding a roof leak after it rained. Frank answered the phone and promptly came out to check and inspect the entire roof. Finding a broken tile that had slid almost all the way out, exposing the underlayment which had been damaged allowing water to enter our home. Frank made recommendations for the repair and gave me a fair quote. He showed up on time and performed the repair and also sealed all the roof vents, giving me a 3 year warrantee on all his work and I could not be more pleased. Horizon Roofing will now become my roofing company for all and any future roofing needs. Thank you for your great service Frank. 5 stars
