I had a really good experience with Dean on a roof repair. He replied fast by text and phone, communicated clearly, and was easy to talk with. He listened carefully, gave helpful roofing suggestions, explained the repair options, and answered all of my questions in a simple and honest way. Before giving the estimate, he went up on the roof, inspected the problem areas, and took clear photos to show what needed attention. That made the whole process easy to understand. He also shared photos after the work was finished, which gave me peace of mind that the repair was completed the right way. The job moved along smoothly from start to finish. Dean stayed professional, calm, and reasonable while we discussed the scope of work, materials, and the best approach for the repair. The workmanship was excellent, the pricing was fair, and the turnaround from estimate to completion was quicker than I expected. The roof repair looks solid, and I would gladly hire him again for any future roofing work.

i found this roofer through a local community recommendation in Pasadena, and we were really glad we did. We talked through the roofing project in detail before any work started, and dean gave us a lot of smart, practical advice about materials, gutters, and the best way to handle the job. we followed his suggestions, and the results turned out great. i was very happy with the work dean and his crew completed. For a major roofing and exterior project, it is important to hire someone you can trust, and he was easy to reach and easy to communicate with the whole time. their workmanship was neat, accurate, and professional, and they always worked carefully to make sure everything was done right. Along with the main roof work, we also had improvements done around the front entry, deck areas, and gutter system, including a leaf guard installation. The whole project made the house look better and function better, especially for Pasadena weather and year-round sun. the quote was fair, and the quality of the work matched the price. i would gladly call them again for future roofing or exterior remodeling work.

Los Feliz Roofing Pros is a very personable roofing company that went above and beyond on our home. terrance made sure we had everything needed for the best result for our roof replacement and repair needs. dean and preston helped from the office, keeping all the details organized and the whole project running smoothly from start to finish, and even followed up after the work was done. We had an active roof leak, and they worked around our schedule quickly to help prevent more water damage inside the house. The job supervisor was kind, careful, and very thorough, making sure every part of the roofing work was completed the right way. The crew was hardworking, respectful, and easy to deal with. Even when extra repairs and unexpected issues came up, they stayed focused, kept a good attitude, and gave their full effort without complaints. They explained the materials, cleanup, and each step of the process clearly, which gave us peace of mind. In Pasadena, it is important to have a strong roof that can handle heat, sun, and seasonal rain, and the finished work looks solid and professional. we were very impressed with the craftsmanship, communication, and attention to detail. i highly recommend them for any roofing needs. they delivered much better quality than other contractors we used in the past, and we are very happy with the final result.

We had a great experience with our roofing project on a shed in Pasadena. They gave us a fair quote very quickly and scheduled the job within a reasonable time. On the day of the work, greyson and preston arrived on time and got started right away. They removed the old shingle roof, installed the new roofing, and replaced a few plywood sheets underneath where needed while keeping the rest of the decking that was still in good condition. They were easy to talk to, listened to our questions, and responded well to any comments during the job. The crew worked hard through the day, did solid roof work, and made sure the area was cleaned up nicely when finished. The final bill matched the estimate exactly, which we really appreciated. we are very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them for shed roofing or other roofing work.

preston and the roofing crew went above and beyond to make sure the roof repair and full roof replacement were done with high quality workmanship. i had been searching for a reliable roofer for a long time, getting several bids, and preston was the only one who truly made me feel comfortable and confident moving forward. he explained the roofing process clearly, stayed available for questions, and kept the contract simple and easy to understand. what stood out most was how honest and hands-on he was from start to finish. preston worked right on the job site with the crew, checked the details himself, and made sure everything stayed on schedule. they showed up early, worked hard through the day, and kept the project area organized and respectful. the roof lines, shingles, flashing, and seams all looked straight, clean, and professionally finished. the estimate was fair and competitive, and i really appreciated that preston was upfront about costs. when he saw that some materials and services were not needed, he adjusted the price and gave me a discount instead of charging extra. that kind of honesty is hard to find. it also gave me peace of mind knowing the roof was being built to handle Pasadena heat and sun exposure while still looking great. this crew brings an old-school work ethic with strong communication, integrity, and real pride in their roofing work. if you need roof repair or a complete reroof, they are dependable, skilled, and easy to trust.

After storm damage from falling trees, our roof and gutters took a hard hit. The custom copper gutters and roof tiles were badly damaged where the trees landed. One major issue was that the original roof tile was no longer easy to find. Jude helped us through the whole roofing process, from putting together an estimate for the insurance claim to restoring the roof and gutter system back to like-new condition. He was able to locate matching replacement tiles so we could keep the home’s original custom look and maintain strong curb appeal. Jude was always responsive, reliable, and easy to work with. He gave helpful advice the entire time and made a stressful roofing repair much easier. The crew was professional, on time, courteous, and did quality work from start to finish. They went above and beyond, truly cared about the project, and made sure everything was handled the right way. I highly recommend them for roof repair, tile roof restoration, and gutter work.

I called Los Feliz Roofing Pros for a quote to replace my roof, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. jude arrived right on time, explained the roofing work clearly, and showed strong knowledge about materials, ventilation, and the full roof replacement process. The estimate was detailed and easy to understand, so there were no surprise charges on the final bill. The crew showed up as scheduled, worked hard, and stayed organized the entire time. They handled the tear-off and installation professionally, and it was clear they knew what they were doing. everyone worked well together, kept the job moving, and finished within the timeframe they gave me, with only a short return visit the next day to wrap up a few final items and make sure everything looked right. I was especially impressed with how clean they kept the property during and after the project. They did a great cleanup, stacked the leftover materials neatly to the side, and came back to remove the remaining pile promptly. greyson, the project manager, was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. He answered all our questions, checked on the progress, and made sure we knew to call if anything came up. This was one of the best roofing experiences i have had. The price may not be the lowest bid, but the workmanship, communication, and attention to detail made it worth it. My new roof looks beautiful, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing quality roofing service.
