  Sorry Ben and Brandon, can't give you more than that. I reached out a year ago to get skylight replaced. Not a big job that should take just a few hours to complete. I was ok to wait few weeks as it wasn't very urgent. But a year later it's still not done. Only got empty promises and no show twice. No call or any heads up to let me know. Communication is not your strong side either. Huge waste of time. I don't recommend.

  Said they corrected a problem. Upon inspection, problem was not corrected as was stated by the worker. Owner was not helpful in correcting situation, seems like a lack of communication between management and workforce.Learned a lesson, called someone else.

  The roof looks great and Nick was helpful throughout the process navigating some order issues and delays with materials. What was really appreciated though, is that this Spring they promptly came by the house and made a repair to some trim that got bent by snow/ice over the winter. I realize warranty work can get pushed down the priority list, especially at the start of some good weather, so I appreciate PNP scheduling it in so soon and even cleaning up some material left behind last time. Thank you!

  We had a great crew at our house. They worked very hard all day. Great price and product. The guys are very respectful and a pleasure to have at the house. 10 out of 10 and I would recommend them to anyone.

  This roofing company did a great job on our very steep and challenging roof. All the roofers were professional and easy to deal with. They showed up when they said they would and did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

  P&P just completed shingling for a new (but old!) home. Ben was helpful in communicating with via email to finalize the order and did not try and up sell me on anything (which I found refreshing). The team arrived on time, completed the work as described. They even worked weekends (with our approval) to get the job done in a timely manner. Thank you!

  I had a great experience with P&P Roofing. When our roof started leaking this summer they responded to my email within hours and Ben arrived to discuss options the next day. Other companies took days to respond and many didn't. We had been planning to replace the roof anyway and they were quick to respond with quotes and quote adjustments. They were not the cheapest quote we received but in the end we chose them because of the great communication and the positive interactions we had with Ben and Alberta. The installation was quick, and the crew who did it even trimmed some overhanging branches and cleaned our gutters while they were up there. After installation we noticed an exposed piece of wood and a screw that was sticking out near the door. When I emailed them about it one of the men who did the installation was there within hours and addressed all of our concerns. Shout out to Alberta for being extremely prompt with all communications and going above and beyond while processing the payment! Overall, wonderful people to work with.
