  Great communication, great workmanship and materials. Clean up was simple, and they bent over backwards to meet my timeline. Would highly recommend. That was my initial comment. Then the guy took 2 years to finish the job with a replacement skylight, and offered no discount for my having to wait/inconvenience. Took me dozens of texts to get them back, not cool.

  Declined my business. After waiting a week for a quote, I received a call stating that my roof was too complex for them and they didn't want to take on the job. They have images on their website of previous jobs that look 10x more difficult. My house must not of been a very profitable one for them. Disappointed in this company after reading all of the positive reviews.

We occasionally have to turn work away that we don't feel comfortable putting our product on. Our goal is always to protect our client's homes and to prevent future issues or leaks, and unfortunately not all roofs are a good fit for our product.   We had a great experience getting our new roof installed by elements metal roof! They have a responsive team, always ready to answer questions and the installation team was on time, efficient and cleaned up so well I could hardly tell they had been there. I would highly recommend them!

  Great experience all the way around. Knowledgeable sales staff, very friendly and candid, exceptional work and quality materials. An early issue was caught and remedied almost immediately. Would definitely return as a customer again.

  We recently had our roof replaced by the awesome team at Elements Metal Roof. They explained the process thoroughly before the install, and were there to explain and answer any questions we had throughout the process. I highly recommend them for any roofing job.

  We are so happy with our new roof! Everyone was great to work with, Charles and Tom answered all of our questions and concerns. We are new home owners and had never tackled this kind of project before. They organized the removal of our old shingles so we could see the condition of the sheathing underneath, we don't have attic access and weren't sure how well things were holding up as it appeared there had been some leaks previously. Things were done so quickly, one day to remove the old shingles and re-deck with plywood and one day to install the new metal. Both teams were very friendly and cleaned up well. It was a great experience.

  Cannot recommend this company enough. They’re very easy to deal with. They source the best quality materials for the job, they have fantastic crews for the installation process and really go above and beyond in the clean up process. If you need a new roof, this is the company to choose.

  We couldn't be happier with our new Elements metal roofing, not only the beautiful unique design but the quality of the product and the workmanship, An exceptional job done by the whole team. First from the initial consultation with Tom to the professional crew for the install excellent workmanship, Andrew and the crew definitely take pride in their work and my property was left spotless, and the office staff Kelly and Shelley for the emails to answer my questions, my wife and I highly recommend Elements Metal Roofing to anyone considering a metal roof.
