  I wouldn’t recommend this company. This Reno job was a nightmare. They had an unqualified person install my exterior door and it took 3 tries before they got it right. The gutter guards were installed incorrectly. It felt like everything had to be done twice. Double & triple check all work before you pay and supervise closely if you use them.

  I could never in good conscience recommend this company. They sent a contractor who “didn’t work well with other people” and “preferred to work alone” because he had such “high standards.” We ended up with many pieces of siding coming loose from an improper/poor install. After returning to look at the issue a few times, they ended up sending a crew (at our request) to redo a large portion of two sides of the house. Originally, they wanted to send the contractor who did the poor work in the first place, which we were absolutely opposed to. The crew were much more professional than the contractor we had, and I’m not sure why Rydel didn’t feel like we were worthy of a crew like that for the original install. While I commend them for sending a crew to repair the issues, the sales rep was extremely dismissive of our concerns. The contractor had told us that he would not be paid if he didn’t finish the install that week, so we were concerned he rushed. The sales rep dismissed it completely. Now, almost two years later, we are STILL experiencing issues where pieces of siding are coming loose or falling off the house. For the amount of money we paid, we are extremely dissatisfied with the outcome. We have no confidence in the quality of the install. Would highly suggest steering clear of this company.

  They provided a quote and then refused to follow up with booking despite multiple attempts. It was a huge waste of my time. We went with another company and had a fantastic result.

  This is a story i need to let people know about. Started on may2, 2024. Faron Nippard, representative , came to my home. Told me if i book today will get 10 percent off of job. Paid $1,000.00 down. Total for job $10,700.00 for a 1100 square roof, 30 year shingles. Not a big roof alittle more then the other three companies but better warranty. August 8 removed shingles. Covered roof going to rain the next two days. Got a call from a man named Wesley Genaille," needs all boards removed, all rotten. Will cost another $8,500.00. To remove boards and put plywood sheets on". Delivered plywood half inch. Talked to a friend. Went up with a roofer to check it out. Front slope needs about three sheets of plywood. Rest of boards are good. Called this man Wesley," should have gone up myself. Will give you $1500.00 off." Workers are in my yard. Didn't know what to do. Was stuck between a rock and a hard plate.Worried about my house and what would happen if my roof was left like this. Didn't remove the boards, did put plywood on the 1100 square feet roof. Paid $7,072.50 for putting plywood on roof. Almost $20,000.00 for a 1100 square roof. Felt like i was lied to, bullied and taken advantage of.

  ------Update after response from owner------ Contacted Rydel to complete work. Received an email that the remaining work would be completed and "was a priority". Didn't hear anything for approx. 2 months. After following up several days ago, I've have been told that the remaining work "is not in scope". Again, I do not recommend this company. ------Original Review------ Started off very well but ended up being difficult to contact. Paid $1000 for a repair and assessment package. Had to make several requests to get assessment and ended up with a hard to read texted photograph of a 2 page report. Total time onsite was approx 2.5 hours (2 vists required due to incomplete work). Garbage left on lawn. Still waiting on quote for recommended work. I do not recommend this company.

  We had Rydel side our 168 year old house. From initial contact to end of job we were very satisfied. The actual contractor who did the work was very efficient and knowledgeable. They worked through some very hot days with no complaints.

  "Free Quote in Minutes" isn't quite accurate for those contacting them. First it was an email to arrange a "phone call" to further discuss what I Wanted, even though it is clearly provided: the address and shingle roofing. With everything going on in life am just looking for a quote on a residential roof, not endless sales pitches. It feels as though it was administered through a call centre. Would not recommend.

  I had John from Rydel come to give me an estimate on my soffits which were sagging . John fixed the sagging soffits at no charge without my even requesting it . Very much appreciated . The soffits need further repairs and I am very confident in Rydel's ability to perform them.

  I had water damage and leaks. The Rydel guys repaired everything to a high standard and installed my new forever roof. I will definitely use them on our next project (new build). Should have called these guys years ago. It took a day longer than they planned, but those boys were out here installing my new black metal roof in 30 degree heat, no breeze. No complaints.

  I would give them a rating of 'Satisfactory'. There was some miscommunication as to when they would come. They did an OK job, but a window and screen and some gutters got banged up by the shingles flying by. The gutters were cleaned out after but again, just superficially done. They had to come back for a couple minor things that I noticed. Evgenii, their project overseer seemed like a capable guy, and was very good about getting my screen repaired.

  Great quality workmanship from the teams on this. Would reccomend if you need to fix your roof or gutters. Communication was a bit confusing at times but we got there in the end and having an assigned project manager helped. Quality job all around

  Great experience with the team at Rydel who replaced some siding on our house after a spring wind storm. They were thorough, looked after even the smallest of details, and took care to leave the site clean. We were very impressed with how closely they were able to match the colour on our existing siding. Would recommend!
