  I am dumbfounded that these folks get such good reviews. Do their friends and family write them? Unfortunately, I cannot give them zero stars. They did an inspection last fall and provided an estimate and then kept delaying the repairs until I ran out of time with the winter weather coming. They finally sent out a crew who did not speak English and would not do any work until the boss "Riley" arrived, which wasn't happening. So, they just laid in the grass and finally left. I called the office and expressed my frustration and was told "we don't think we want to work with you." Really?! After how they dragged me along for week after week after week? Their claim that I was yelling and name calling is fiction. I simply told them I was very disappointed that they dragged this out for so long and now could even complete the job. I finally have had my roof maintenance done by a much more reputable and professional firm in K Falls that actually did what they said they were going to do. They told me that 2 of the 3 repairs Outlaw had identified were not relevant to the type of roof that I had. It seems Outlaw doesn't have a good grasp of metal roofs. Finally, I had a general contractor here for a separate job and I mentioned my experience with Outlaw, and he gave the big thumbs down and said that another contractor he knew was in the process of fixing problems Outlaw had created when installing a new roof at great expense to the homeowner. So, I guess everything worked out well for me in the end as I avoided having Outlaw touch my roof.

  Hi Paul, Your review does not very accurately depict the entire story of what occurred. Our records indicate that you first contacted us on 08/21/2025, and we ceased working with you on 10/06/2025. We did have to delay coming out, but I still don’t think a 6 week timeframe is unreasonable for our local market. As anyone who lives in Klamath knows, we didn’t hardly have a winter last year, let alone in the beginning of October. When the crew arrived to begin work, they discovered we had received the incorrect size of screws for your roof. Because your house is nearly an hour outside of town, it made much more sense for Riley to bring them the correct screws rather than them driving back and forth and wasting an hour or more they could be working at your house once they did have the correct screws. That is why they were sitting waiting. If you recall, the reason they left was because we asked them to, as we would no longer be working with you due to your level of hostility with our office staff (not for the first time by the way.) Yelling, name calling, and insulting are not acceptable. As far as another contractor telling you they knew someone fixing a roof at great expense to the homeowner, that seems odd. We have not been contacted by any clients about having any issues. It would seem that if someone was incurring “great expense” to fix their roof, they might reach out to the contractor that did the work. We really don’t enjoy having to post these kind of situations publicly, but it seems only fair that both sides of the story are told so that one could make an informed decision.

  We give 2 stars: 1 for showing up & 1 for giving us an estimate. It was apparent that you didn't want the job due to the fact that your estimate was triple compared to other competitors. You did tell us you were back logged a few weeks. We did get our project completed it just wasn't with your company.

  We want to thank Riley, Jordan and the Outlaw Roofing crew for the nice job they did on our roof. After we requested an estimate they responded very quickly, which was much appreciated. Within a week we had a fair estimate and the crew began the job. They spent 12 hours that first day preparing the roof. The Outlaw Roofing crew made sure things were covered that needed to be and all debris was cleaned up as they went along. They ran across some boards that had water damage and Riley was here right away with replacements as well as anything else that was needed. Jordan kept us updated and made sure things went smoothly. The roof was finished in a few days and looks really nice. We are very pleased. It was a smooth and efficient process thanks to Outlaw Roofing. I would highly recommend them for your roofing project. They really seem to care about their customers and the work they do. Thank you.

  Great company! Very responsive and professional. The quote was competitive and the crews were fast and efficient. The clean up was impressive and when they were done, you couldn’t even tell they had been there beside the gorgeous new roof!

  Had outlaw do a new roof, remove some old chimney's, as well as some make/install custom flashing. Great communication (a rarity with contractors these days). Great work, and the best price of the bids I got. They left the area clean, and even stacked up the old bricks for future use!
