My father called to get an estimate, took forever, called to only speak to receptionist she was very nice and professional but, my father received a bid back and had questions, they were a bit pricey and the bid didn't let us know what they were going to do, my father tried to call to get clarity but no answer. We decided to go with another company.

The lady who drives this vehicle is rude and unprofessional. Tried to hit me yesterday when I was backing out and then her bf or whoever tried to get out acting ridiculous. Definitely will never go through them if this is how they conduct themselves after business hours!

We think this review might be a mistake. We are Henris Roofing & Supply with 2 locations in Southern Oregon. Klamath Falls and Ashland. We have one female employee that has reported no incident of this kind. Could you give us more information please? Town this happened in? Type of vehicle?

i had contacted a roofing company in Medford, Oregon and the gentlemen came and looked at it and said he was going to get ahold of someone (No Names Mention) at Henris he never called me and then I texted and called the person i was dealing with in Medford and he tryed to get ahold of him a (4 to 5) few times to get ahold on me and never did so then a month later i called this company and the lady said she would pass this on to the estimator and a few went by then i get a call from him he set up the appointment for today at 1:00pm never showed up and never called. I will be looking for someone else who can do the job and keep there word.

I hope your work is better than their word. I have been waiting 4 months now to get an estimate. I have called 3 times and I get the same response “ should have someone there in a week.” Nobody shows up to do the estimate. It is obvious …

Wow...if you need a roof before next century, you might want to try someone else. I called in April for an estimate, they told me they couldn't get out until June 15th. I called on June 14th, they told me their estimator would call to see the roof but that they were already booked until October. The estimator called this morning while I was at the doctor. When I called him back he said "Well this is how we do estimates. I call when I'm coming and if you're not there you go to the back of the list". These people have WAY too much business for the health of their company and really poor customer service.

I highly recommend this company. They have a very professional and talented crew. They finished our new roof in two and one half days. Their price was almost 10K less than other roofing companies. Thanks for a job well done!

I must say that Henris Roofing was top notch in reroofing our local Masonic Center. It was a big job which took time but the employees and management kept on top of project until to the end. When changes were needed to be made they called us with positive recommendations to make the new roof last longer and we took their recommendations. When extra parts and materials were needed they charged us fairly for those extras. The 10 year warranty is something i bet we will never need but we have it. Plus Henris will service this roof forever. Call me if you ever want a recommendation on a great company. Lance Lesueur Treasurer Klamath 77

I called them on a Thursday morning to remove heavy snow from my roof. A crew if two showed up the same day at 1:00pm and they worked very hard. The next two days, a crew of 3 showed up and the only time they stopped working was at lunch …

I had a great experience with Henris. Their work quality was excellent, and they promptly communicated any changes and explained the available options. Although there was a minor incident causing damage to my AC system, they took responsibility and quickly hired a specialist to repair it. I highly recommend Henris for their professionalism, communication, and accountability. They exceeded my expectations, and I trust their services.
