Very dishonest company. Overcharged for a job they did. Took awhile, but got some money back.

  Reply from the business

Brad, thanks for the feedback. I am somewhat surprised that you would leave us a bad review four months after the fact. Especially because we sat in a room and came to a mutual agreement on the settlement. There was no dishonesty in this situation, only a mistake we made which we took full responsibility for. Giving you an eight or $9000 refund on a $15,000 job. As you can see from the 25 star reviews prior to you we really do strive to take care of our customers and our employees as our number one priority. again thank you for the feedback and again we apologize for the mistake we made and tried to make it right. Apparently after four months you decided it wasn’t.

We are putting roofs on two of our properties. When getting estimate on the first property. The young man was extremely. When asking him to do an estimate on our second property and he said ",I will do it I just don't want to have to waste my time." He was saying he is the son of the owner. I did not appreciate his disrespectful inappropriate tone and attitude. We are paying thousands of dollars to have our roofs done. It is an absolutely necessary .I will not give our hard earned money to a company who has such poor service to a paying customer. It's unfortunate that they lost our business. We will be finding another company.

Rich, Eric, and the entire team have always gone above and beyond for me and my family. If I am being honest, my home would not be what it is without them and I am forever grateful for all they do within Klamath Basin… May God continue to bless and keep the Linkville family!

Excellent job replacing my 30-year-old roof. Their crew was very courteous and polite. Out of town contractors gave me a considerably lower bid but I decided to keep the business local. Highly recommend!

Linkville Roofing did a complete roof replacement on my house. It was a complicated job with shingles and a large flat roof section with multiple tip outs and partial siding replacement on this multi story level home. …

The crew was very good. I work nights and sleep days and had no trouble sleeping through everything. Matt was great at explaining things to me before I even decided on using their company. Rich was great at keeping me updated on everything, including unexpected changes. The price was fair. I even got money back for unused material. Overall well worth the money spent for the security of having a solid roof over my head.
