  I called Orion Roofing to come out to my rental house to give me a bid on my roof. they told me it was extremely too difficult for them to do. some plywood sheets needed replaced and one rafter Ridge redone and they turned me down on the project . They said they cannot do it. Fast-forward two months later I’ve called them out to give me a different bid on my existing home which is only a 25-year-old home standard roof pitch. they stood me up on my appointment. which I canceled my kids orthodontist appointment to wait for them and then they sent me a text saying that my roof is too steep and has too many ridges and valleys to make it worthwhile for their crew to do. I think they just cherry pic there jobs fast and easy. If u want quality and pride going in your roof I would look else where.

  Called to have an estimate on a metal barn roof repair. After 2 weeks and a cancelled appointment later.. Vicente came out, said he would get with his boss and get us a quote..its been 3 weeks no word from anyone. Not very professional.

  Poor service especially from the lady working as the receptionist. Most of these reviews are sponsored so be wary about spending money with them

  We had replied to this review previously so not sure where the response went. This was someone trying to sell services to me. When I said I wasn't interested in their services, they were pushy and I ended up ending the call which was followed by this 1 star review.

  Shout out to Orion Roofing, who delivered on their promise to replace our roof in a timely, professional manner, at a fair price and 100% on schedule. I love the color we picked and everyone from the owner who came to our home to give the estimate to the workers who cleaned up everything and left nothing but a beautiful new roof were fantastic! They even accommodated us by coming back to our house to pick up our final payment in the form of a check because we didn't want to make the payment online. Great job Orion Roofing!

  Orion was incredibly responsive to our communications, very upfront about the work needing to be done (and possible unseen work and costs once they uncovered what was under the old roof). We have never seen a harder working team! They were friendly, reliable, and incredibly efficient, getting the job done in 2 days! We would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

  I cannot say enough good things about Orion Roofing. Definitely needed to replace my 25 year old roof, but was afraid of the cost. A neighbor recommended Orion and Jason came out to give me their bid which was actually a bit lower than I had anticipated. His history, knowledge of the business and explanation of the process made me decide against any other bids. His front man Mario was superb. Once the work was done, I was a bit concerned that some flashing didn't meld exactly with my siding. It turned out to be just the appearance as it was black. Mario volunteered to come out on the weekend to paint it for me from left over siding paint. This wasn't part of the bid and no payment was requested. Again, I can't say enough wonderful things about Orion Roofing.

  We recently had our near-30-year-old roof redone with Orion. They were absolutely fantastic from start to finish! Jason did my initial consult and explained everything thoroughly and went over the possible options clearly (they also have a top-notch brochure with the various options). Jason, Keely, Jaclyn, and Mario were all very communicative throughout the project and were always quick to answer my questions. Our house is situated in a way that makes roof work very challenging, but they sorted everything out and the process was seamless. Mario kept me informed every step of the way, and the finished roof looks beautiful. Can't recommend Orion highly enough! They may not be the cheapest you could find, but you definitely get what you pay for with them (and they are certainly still reasonable).

  After 22 years we knew we were close to needing a new roof. Orion Roofing was referred to us by close friends who own an apartment building and also had Orion roof their personal home. From the beginning we were impressed by this local, family owned business. Jason, Jaclyn and Mario communicated clearly, honestly with a 'no pressure" vibe. When Mario came out to do the bid, he even did a few temporary fixes on the roof to hold us over. They also accommodated us (and the the weather permitted) to get it done by the end of the year so they arrived the day after Christmas. Their bid was excellent and fair even with a few extra items we wanted, and their warranty is amazing! Their crew were easy to work with and answered questions via text thread with the office team. Everything was clean and tidy when they finished. I highly recommend anyone to consider consulting with them before you decide on what roofing company to use, especially if you want to support a local, family owned business.

  Orion roofing was great from start to finish. Local, established for decades, and truly hands on. Being able to speak directly with the owner throughout the entire process – from the first visit, to emails and text during production – made a huge difference. We genuinely felt cared about not just like another commission check. There was no high pressure sales experience at all, which was refreshing. Our consultation was with the owner, Jason, and it’s impressive that after 30 years, he still takes time to personally come out, answer questions, and stay involved every step of the way Highly recommend Orion roofing for your roof replacement

  Excellent service and workmanship. I have used Orion Roofing about 5 or 6 times over the years for replacement of the roof on our residence, as well as roof replacements for several rental properties.
