In Jan 2025 this Estimator showed up in a Tesla Cyber Truck, 1st thing that popped into my head is the fact I would need to help this guy pay that off. Hence, he gave me a straight up bid for $10k on a roof that was only 640 sq feet of rolled roofing plus tear off and new plywood, 3 other bids were under $8k and the guy didn’t even get on the roof to look at it. No thanks skippy!

I’m a Realtor in Portland, and Omar and his crew at Nxt Level Roofing have been fantastic to work with. They’ve replaced three roofs for my clients, and every experience has been smooth, professional, and fairly priced. What really stands out is their approach to quality. Omar consistently recommends higher-grade materials—like 50-year shingles over the more commonly quoted 25-year options—and the price difference is surprisingly minimal for the added value. They’re quick with quotes, communicate clearly, and show up when they say they will. That level of reliability makes a big difference in real estate transactions. If you’re in the Portland Metro area, I highly recommend reaching out to Nxt Level Roofing for a quote.

Highly recommend NXT Level Roofing! Omar and his team were efficient, punctual, and did a phenomenal job on our roof. Omar’s attention to detail is top-notch—he caught things other contractors missed and made sure everything was up to code and looking great. The cleanup was spotless, too. Five stars for Omar’s leadership and the team’s hard work!

They replaced my roof in October 2025, they did a great job. They communicated well regarding the schedule, and brought a big crew to get my large roof done fast in two days before the next rain. I had a lot of rotten plywood that needed replaced, they sent me pictures of every sheet that needed replacement and had good prices. They cleaned up well afterwards too. No leaks this winter!

We had this company redo our roof last weekend. We had two layers of roof and have a huge roof, they got the job done in 3 days! They were so fast and efficient. We were very impressed with their work. Everyone was very kind and helpful in the process. The cost was much less than the other seven bids we had. Our roof looks so much better. I’ve had several neighbors comment on how much better our house looks now. I highly recommend this company!
