They left a door hanger on my front door where there is a clearly marked "NO SOLICITING - NO EXCEPTIONS" sign. This clearly shows that they do not respect my private property and are unable to follow very clear instructions. For that reason I would not recommend this business.

If I could rate this company a ZERO star, I would. They started construction on my neighbors home in the very early hours of the morning, with NO consideration for neighbors and homes around them. This kind of construction in a well established neighborhood with homes that are 20+ years old should be done in the afternoon. Very unprofessional, inconsiderate, and completely rude. Our home needs new hardy plank siding, painting, AND roofing... We will not even consider having this business touch our home. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Owner does not care about his community or neighbors. When owner was approached regarding the problem he clearly stated.. I DO NOT CARE!!! Regardless of the quality of work I couldn’t imagine trying to communicate with a business owner that openly DOES NOT CARE

A great team to work with! They replaced our roof in one day and executed the work very efficiently in a very tight community and work space. They also were very flexible and accommodating with our short timeline. Highly recommend.

Working with JLV was excellent from the initial estimate all the way through the finished project. Beth kept us informed at every stage and was truly wonderful to work with. They were incredibly patient while we waited several weeks for our solar panels to be removed before they could begin. The crew was courteous, professional, and communicative throughout the process. They explained what was happening each day and were clear about any additional work that needed to be done. The project was completed on time, and the detailed report with before‑and‑after photos really reinforced that we made the right choice. We highly recommend JLV for any roofing needs.

JLV Construction is exceptional people doing exceptional work! Care and attention to detail in every aspect of our roof replacement, exterior painting & deck refurbishing. JLV did it all with exceptional results! Every aspect of work beautifully done with care and attention to detail! Far exceeding our greatest expectations! Delighted we found this outstanding company to do all the work rather than having to deal with multiple contractors. Truly exceptional!!

I had an excellent experience with hiring JLV for some roof repairs. From the response time to come out and look at my house, find solutions and getting the job done quickly at a fair price I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this company.

The job was fast, the worker's skilled, and the service and skylight operation training was top notch. Our roof is beautiful. The extra repairs and gutter upgrades were excellent products. In short, this company rocks.

We had a fantastic experience with JLV Construction and our sales person Asael. They were professional, punctual and very easy to work with. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and they really went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly. Our sales person, Asael, was amazing—always available, answered all our questions in a timely manner - explaining things thoroughly so we always knew what was happening. We are very pleased with their work and would definitely recommend them to others.

We’ve had two roofs replaced by JLV construction and they have done a fantastic job on both homes. I highly recommend JLV Construction for your next roofing, gutters or siding project. JLV had the the most competitive bid and provided fantastic service on each home. They are certified with multiple shingle manufacturers including GAF (used on first house in Bethany in 2022) and CertainTeed (used Presidential Shake TL on 2nd house in Camas, WA in 2026). They don’t try and upsell you and by far had the best pricing. I appreciate the integrity and quality of this contractor.

2nd Review edit since I can't add another review: I enlisted JLV for Window Replacement and Siding Replacing on my home and topped off with a Paint job on the house. The team did a fantastic job yet again. My concern was leaking windows to start and they went the extra mile to ensure all windows were still good to go and redid the caulking/sealing for my peace of mind as a courtesy. The Paint job was great as well. The total cost came under what was expected as well. Very friendly and pointed out everything that was needing attention and why. 1st Review: The JLV Team were quick to respond and setup a visit. Their crew on 2 occasions tarped up my roof immediately to prevent further leaks before the replacement date. They took the time to ensure I knew everything that was happening and responded in detail to any questions and concerns I had during the roof replacement. Highly Recommend.

JLV did a fantastic job with our new roof! They were easy to communicate with, everyone who came was kind and respectful, and they did a great job with clean up. I am a Realtor and had my inspector come check to make sure everything looked good (just because a new roof is such a big investment!) and she said everything was perfect!

I went with JLV construction for my roof and gutter repair project. They communicated efficiently and moved the project along timely. They paid good attention to detail and made sure we felt comfortable at every step. They also took good care of my property and left it cleaner than when they arrived. A+ service. I would use them again in the future. Thank you!

JLV understood my repair needs immediately, worked with me to develop a comprehensive plan, and completed all jobs thoroughly and efficiently in a matter of days. Everyone on the crew was highly skilled and thoughtful, the jobs were done with immense care, the results are beautiful, and everyone in the office was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind.
