Gabriel is very prompt and responsive and always answered my questions thoroughly. He helped guide us through the whole process of replacing our roof and helped us to address ventilation issues that caused our last roof to deteriorate quicker than usual. I would highly recommend him and his crew at Optimal Development. They were lifesavers and moved very quickly to replace our roof since we were having leak issues. I can’t recommend them enough for their quality of work, promptness, respectfulness, and professionalism.
