  Removed my attic fans and never put them back...

  Thank you for taking the time to provide a review of your roof replacement. Since the work on your job was performed over 18 months ago, we would like to speak with you to understand what caused your recent concern. A review of our file shows we had detailed discussions surrounding the removal of your attic fans prior to the job. We agreed at the time best practices called for the installation of new ridge vent along the entire roof, thereby eliminating the need for attic fans. As we discussed, combining ridge vent with attic fans is not recommended as the attic fans will pull air from the ridge vent into the attic causing an imbalance of airflow. We have attempted to reach out to you but haven’t heard back. When you have the opportunity, please contact Hope Miller at (919) 639-4981 so we can help resolve any remaining concerns you may have.

  Got them to come out and measure my roof and small pumphouse/storage building. After the guy only took 15min to measure my roof he come down and told me the squares which missed it by 20 plus squares on the total job. It was a absolute joke. Whatever you do either you or someone you trust needs to measure your roof so you know exactly what you have. Roofing contractors are the worst for screwing people over by overcharging.My building and house is about 90 squares and he figured it at 114.

  DO NOT USE! Total rip off. These people give you a quote then change it AFTER work is done without consulting with me.

  Is it possible you have mistakenly reviewed the wrong company (there are other companies with similar names)? We have researched our records and have found a name match from the year of 2010. After contacting this customer, we learned she was not the reviewer and that she was completely satisfied with our services. On another note, we are aware of the common practice you mentioned, and have made it our policy not to charge a customer over and beyond our original quote.

  Absolute Bull. Leak in family's roof in the bathroom. I do not reccomend this contractor at all.

  This company is outstanding! I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a roof. Josh came out to our house and gave us a quote and was very thorough in explaining the process and requirements for the type of roof we have. The day of the new roof install, the crew got there on time and immediately got to work, keeping the area around the house covered and clean through out the day. They missed nothing during the cleanup process. Extremely happy with the process and our new roof looks amazing!

  We couldn’t be more pleased with On Tops Roofing. We had complete roofing done on a house roof with many slopes, a detached garage, and a small barn, each with their own challenges! Our company rep, Jonathan, was very patient with our concerns, explained thoroughly every process and the materials they would use, and gave us a thorough emailed quote with every detail. Jonathan came out every day to check on the progress and crew, and identified any potential concerns. Arturo, a top supervisor stopped several times to check on progress. Daeus was the onsite supervisor and Fidel was the crew chief. Hats off to them & the entire crew for making the process seamless! On Tops is local, and has regular crews who have worked together for years, with guaranteed workmanship and materials. They worked like a machine! Clean up was thorough, and Jonathan made a final stop to assure us that if there was any concern in 2 days, 2 months, or 2 years to call him. We highly recommend On Tops Roofing for doing business the right way, and truly putting the customer first.

  I noticed some water stains on the ceiling of our bonus room and found On Tops through a quick search. Prior reviews were positive, so I put in an online request for a quote. Jonathan called the next day to schedule a time to come out. He was out the following day and his crew was out within a couple days to do the repair.
