  Jordan and the entire experience were great. He fought with the insurance for us, did multiple on site visits, and did an overall excellent job on our roof replacement. Would recommend him to anyone. If I could give him a 6 star I would because he made what I thought would be a daunting experience, a simple one.

  I have been so pleased with Kirk Kimberly and his crew. He and Jordan kept in contact with me, letting me know what time the crew would be there. They were pleasant and hard working. And happy! They found two areas where water damage was on the plywood and was quickly fixed. I cannot say enough about Kirk and crew.

  Buckner Roofing is absolutely the way to go. A friend recommended them, and I’m so glad they did. From the start, Jordan really took the time to listen to our needs and came up with a plan that worked best for us. We ended up replacing the entire roof instead of patching and I’m so glad we made that decision. His crew was hardworking, professional, and incredibly respectful of our property. They cleaned up so thoroughly, you wouldn’t even know they had been here. Highly recommend!!!

  Buckner Roofing is currently doing 5-6 roofs on our street in Pinehurst National due to a hail storm. I choose Buckner because the owner of the first roof done was in the building industry and said they did a great (technical) job. I can’t judge the quality of a roof replacement but can say customer service is in their DNA. They handled all the insurance details and their project manager, Kirk, was onsite multiple times every day to oversee, supervise, and be sure we were happy. Between the expertise of a neighbor, open communication, and how they treated me, I have decided to have the entire exterior of my house painted by their subcontractor - I didn’t even get any other quotes for the painting.
